SUBAY VE ASTSUBAYLARDA SPOR YAPMA ALIŞKANLIKLARININ İNCELENMESİ

Kolordu Komutanlığı'nda görev yapan subay veastsubayların serbest zamana bakış açıları, bu zamanları değerlendirme biçimlerive sporun serbest zamanlarındaki yerinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.Araştırmanın evreni TSK, örneklemi ise 8. Kolordu Komutanlığı oluphazırlanan ankete 397 personel katılmış, 269'u değerlendirmeye alınmıştır.Anketten elde edilen verilerin analizleri SPSS programı ile yapılmış, serbestzamanı etkileyen faktörler arasında çapraz tablolar oluşturulmuştur. statistikianlamlılıkları P<0.05 önem düzeyine göre yorumlanmıştır.Anket sonucunda elde edilen verilerden, katılımcıların %99.3`ününerkek, %45.4'ünün 31-40 yaş grubunda, %57.7'sinin evli, %72.9'unun 1-2 çocuksahibi, %45'inin eşinin ev hanımı olduğu, %58.4'ünün üniversite/yüksekokulmezunu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ankete katılanların %26'sı serbest zamanıdinlenme zamanı olarak algılamakta, %34'ü serbest zamanlarını evde geçirmekistediklerini ifade etmişlerdir. Deneklerin %22 oranla serbest zaman etkinliklerini?daha sağlıklı yaşama? nedeniyle seçtiklerini, %25 oranında bu etkinlikleridinlendirici bulduklarını ifade ederken, tercih ettikleri etkinlik türlerini %16 kitap,gazete, dergi okumak ile %16 aile ve çocuklarla ilgilenmek olarak belirtmişlerdir.Serbest zaman etkinliklerine katılmamadaki ana neden olarak % 30 oranla teşvikedici tesis, araç, gereç olmaması gösterilmiştir. Ankete katılanların sadece%43.9'unun aktif spor yaptığı, spor yapan personelin etkinliklere büyük ölçüdekolordu spor tesislerinde katıldığı görülmüştür. Personelin 8. Kolordu'danbeklentileri %38 oranında sportif faaliyetlerin organizasyonu ve desteklenmesi,%21 kurum elemanlarının ortak yapabileceği organizasyonların düzenlenmesiolarak belirlenmiştir.Yapılan Ki-Kare testlerinde rütbe ile eşin eğitim durumu, doğum yeri,görev türü ve raket sporlarını yapma arasında anlamlı ilişki tespit edilmiştir.Ayrıca görev türü ile personelin yaşı, rütbesi, TSK'daki hizmet yılı ve eş eğitimdurumu ile anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Serbest Zaman, Rekreasyon, Spor,

Also to investigate their relation between sports and daily life stile.Survey was prepared and the research, technique of seeing face to face was used.The universe of investigation is 397 soldier who work at 8th Army CorpsHeadquarters, Elazığ and 269 of these are evaluated in this thesis.The survey form was transferred to computer environment andcrosstarbulation are made according to the variables which we thougth they arerelated and their statistical valves (P< 0.05) are interpreted in the SPSS statisticalprogram, (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) by taking the frequencydistribution analysis.According to the result of the research, it was observed that %99.3 ofsoldier are male, %72.9 people between 31 to 40 age, % 57.7 of soldiers married,% 72.9 of soldiers have 1 or 2 child, %45 their wife are ?house wife?, %26 peopleanswer that meaning of leisure time is ?resting time?, %34 people wants to spendtheir leisure time at their home, %22 people belive that leisure time activity savetheir health, %16 people spend their leisure time with reeading newspaper,magazine, books also % 16 people wants to spend their leisure time with theirfamily.Main reason for not to join leisure time activity, %30 people answer that,lack of equipment and does not have encouragement as a reason for not joining insuch activities. As a result of questionairre %43.9 people doing active sports andmost of them use 8th Army Corps Sports Center. %38 people wish moreencouragement for sports organizations, from 8th Army Corps.It has been found that there is a meaningful connection between ranksand education of wife, birth place, duty and part of sports (eg. tennis). There isalso meaningful connection between duty and age, rank, education of wife,service year in TSK.Key Words: Leisure Time, Recreation, Sports,
