ULUSLARARASI SİYASİ KRİZLERİN TÜRK EKONOMİSİ VE TÜRK GİRİŞİMCİLİĞİNE ETKİSİ: SURİYE KRİZİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Türkiye, coğrafi konumu, enerji kaynakları, iklimi, tarım ürünlerinin çeşitliliği, turizm imkânları sayesinde dünya coğrafyasında stratejik bir ülkedir. Bu nedenle, tarihi boyunca büyük devletlerin ilgisini çekmiştir ve dünyanın büyük devletleri küresel olaylar karşısında Türkiye'nin tutumunu yakından izlemektedir. Türkiye'nin birçok ülke ile sınırları bulunmaktadır. Avrupa ile Asya'yı birbirine bağlayan bir ülke olmasının yanında önemli ticaret yollarına sahip Türkiye'nin konumu ülkemize belirli sorumluluklar yüklemektedir. Ülkeler arasında yaşanan ekonomik, siyasi, sosyal olaylar nedenleri ve sonuçları doğrultusunda ulusal ya da uluslararası boyutta krizlere sebep olabilmektedir. Krizleri meydana getiren sebepler ve sonuçlar farklı türde krizleri ortaya çıkarmıştır. Ülkeler arasındaki ilişkiler Politik Ekonomi kavramının daha sıklıkla incelenmesini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Türkiye'de yeni olan girişimcilik kavramı türleri ve özellikleri açısından farklı literatürlerde sıklıkla incelenmektedir. Genç nüfus oranı yüksek olan Türkiye'de girişimciliği etkileyen sebepler araştırıldığında girişimciliğin bölgesel kalkınmaya olan etkilerinin önemli olduğu görülmektedir. Girişimcilik sosyal ve ekonomik etkileri ile toplumsal faydalar oluşturmaktadır. Suriye Krizi sonrasında ekonomik ilişkilerimizin güçlü olduğu ülkelerden olan Suriye ile ekonomik, politik ilişkilerimiz incelenmiştir. Suriye krizi nedenleri ile sonuçları açıklanmıştır.

In the first part, the concept of crisis has been defined with economic, political, social reasons of crises. Factors affecting the crisis are explained by informing about the types of crises. The effects of political relations on the concept of crisis have been examined and the effects on economic development have been examined. In the second part, the types and characteristics that made the definition of a new entrepreneurial concept is explained in Turkey. The young population with a high rate of entrepreneurship in Turkey, explain the reasons affecting their impact on the regional development of entrepreneurship that has been investigated. The social and economic influences and social benefits of entrepreneurship are examined. In the third chapter, we examine our economic and political relations with Syria with whom our economic relations are strong. The reasons for the Syrian crisis and the results are explained.
