BETON HARCININ BASMA VE EĞME DAVRANIŞLARINA FERRO-KROM CÜRUF KATKISININ ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu çalısmada, Elazıg Ferrokrom sletmesinden elde edilen curufun betonda basınç dayanımıve egilme mukavemeti üzerine etkileri incelenmistir. Bu amaçla maksimum tane çapı 4mm olanagrega ile hazırlanan beton karısımlarına çimento agırlıgının %3, %5, %7 ve %10'u seklinde olmaküzere degisen oranlarda curuf katılmıstır. Çalısma sabit slump altında yapılarak, deney numuneleri 3 ,7 ve 28 günlük basınç dayanımı ve egilme dayanımı deneylerine tabi tutulmustur. Elde edilensonuçlara göre çalısmada % 3 curuf katkılı betonların en yüksek basma ve egilme dayanıma ulastıgıve curufun betonda çimento katkı maddesi olarak %5'e kadar kullanılabilecegi belirlenmistir.Anahtar kelimeler: Curuf, Basınç Dayanımı, Beton.

In this study, the effects of the slag from Elazıg Ferrocromium Plant on the compressiveand bending strength of the concrete were investigated. With this aim ,slag in differentproportions( 3%, 5%, 7%, 10%) of cement weight added into the concrete. The study wasperformed under constant slump and the specimens were tested (compression and bending)after a cure of 3, 7 and 28 days. From the results compression and bending strength In additionmaximum strength was obtained in the concrete with 3% slag and ıt was understood that slagcould be added upto 5%.Keywords: Slag, Compressive strength, concrete.
