MUNZUR PROJESİ KAPSAMINDA YAPILACAK BARAJLARIN BÖLGEDEKİ TAŞKIN KORUMA YAPILARINA ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Munzur projesi kapsamında yapılan ve yapılması planlanan barajların bölgede mevcut olan taşkın koruma yapılarına olan etkileri incelenmiştir. Çalışmada kullanılan çok farklı tipteki haritalar Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemi yardımıyla oluşturulmuştur. Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemi, belirli bir amaçla yeryüzüne ait grafik ve grafik olmayan bilgilerin toplanması, bilgisayar ortamına girilmesi, depolanması, işlenmesi, analizi ve sunulmasına yönelik donanım, yazılım ve personelden oluşan bir bütün olarak adlandırılır. Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemi yardımıyla oluşturulan haritalardan görülmüştür ki Tunceli merkezindeki taşkın koruma tesisi Bozkaya barajının rezervuar alanı içerinde kalacaktır. Ayrıca, Ovacık ilçesindeki Paşadüzü deresi üzerindeki taşkın koruma tesisi de Konaktepe barajının rezervuar alanı içerinde kalacaktır. Bu iki taşkın koruma yapısı baraj rezervuar alanı içerisinde kalacağından fonksiyonlarını yitirecektir. Munzur bölgesi için elde edilen çok farklı tipteki haritalar ileride yapılacak çalışmalar için önemli bir kaynak teşkil edecektir.

In this study the effects of the dams that are built and planned to be built within the Munzur Project on flood protection structures which exist in the region are analyzed. The maps of many various types used in the study have been formed by means of the Geographical Information System. The Geographical Information System as a whole is consisted of the equipment, software and the staff employed for the gathering, computerizing, storing, processing, analyzing and presentation of the graphical and non-graphical information about the earth surface for a specific aim. It has been seen by the help of the Geographical Information System that the flood protection structures in central Tunceli will be left under the reservoir area of the Bozkaya Dam. Also the flood protection structures on Paşadüzü Stream in Ovacık town will be left under the reservoir area of the Konaktepe Dam. These two flood protection structures will lose their functions as they will be left under the reservoir areas of those dams. Various types of maps that are obtained for the Munzur region will be essential resources for the studies to be made in the future.
