KİŞİSEL BİLGİSAYARLARDA DONANIM SORUNLARININ GİDERİLMESİ İÇİN BİR UZMAN SİSTEM GELİŞTİRME

Abstract

Uzman sistemler, son yıllarda ticari yazılımlar arasında önemli bir konuma gelmistir. Özellikle bu sistemler, problemlere pratik çözüm getirmesi sebebiyle daha çok egitim, arıza teshisi, tamir, hastalık teshisi ve tahmin gibi konularda kullanılmaktadır. Uzman sistemler gelisime açık ve tekrar program yazmayı gerektirmeyen yazılımlardır. Kullanıcıya sorunun nedenini açıklayabilme yine bu sistemlerin önemli özellikleri arasındadır. Bu tez çalısmasında kisisel bilgisayarların donanım sorunlarına çözüm önerisi getirebilen bir uzman sistem yazılımı tasarlanmıstır. Tasarlanan programda uzman sistemlerin açıklayıcılık özelligi kullanılmıstır. Gelisen teknoloji ile birlikte yeni donanımlar ve yeni sorunlar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Kullanıcı ile devamlı iletisim halinde olan bu uzman sistem, gelistirilebilir bilgi tabanı sayesinde yeni sorunlara çözüm üretebilmektedir. In recent years, expert systems have come to an important position in commercial softwares. Especially these systems are available for solving problems practically, so that they are used in education, fault diagnosis, repairing, illness diagnosis and forecasting. Expert systems are the softwares which are open for development and they do not need to rewrite. These softwares have also important features which can explain the reason of problems to users. In this thesis, an expert system has been designed to give suggestions for solving hardware problems in personal computers. Explanation feature of expert systems was used in this designed program. New hardwares and problems emerge due to the developments in technology. The designed expert system communicating with users can produce solution to new problems with the help of knowledge base that can be improved.
