MASAÜSTÜ REHBERLİK OTOMASYONU GERÇEKLEŞTİRİMİ VE VERİLERİNİN BİRLİKTELİK KURALI İLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Çağdaş eğitim anlayışında öğrenci kişilik hizmetleri içinde bulunan Psikolojik Danışma ve Rehberlik Hizmetlerinde (PDR) otomasyonun kullanılması gelişen teknoloji ve değişen eğitim anlayışı ile bir zorunluluk haline gelmiştir. İlk ve orta dereceli okullarda öğrenim gören öğrencilere rehberlik servislerinde hizmet veren psikolojik danışman ve rehber öğretmenlerin bu hizmetleri daha aktif ve verimli şekilde vermek amacıyla bu otomasyona ihtiyaç duyulmuştur. Bu ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda çeşitli programlama teknikleri ve veritabanı yöntemleri ile ?Rehberlik Takip Otomasyonu? hazırlanmıştır. Türk Milli Eğitim sistemine bu teknoloji ve otomasyon kavramının getirileri hakkında değerlendirmeler yapmak amacıyla ?Rehberlik Takip Otomasyonu? ` un veritabanına veri madenciliğin tanımlayıcı modellerinden olan birliktelik kuralının apriori algoritması uygulanmış ve ilginç, önemli ve dikkate alınması gereken bilimsel veriler elde edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Psikolojik Danışma ve Rehberlik, Otomasyon, Veri Madenciliği, Birliktelik Kuralı, Apriori Algoritması.

In contemporary education including student personnel services both psychological counseling and guidance services, developing technology and chancing educational system makes using self automation compulsory. This automation system is needed to give counseling services more actively to primary and secondary school students by psychological counselors and guidance teachers. In the view of these needs, ?Guidance follow-up Automation? is prepared using various programming techniques and database procedures. In order to evaluate the advantages of this system to Turkish National Education system, apriori algorithm a model defining database mining is applied to ?Guidance follow-up Automation?s? database and to some interesting, crucial, remarkable date is obtained.Key Words: Psychological Counseling and Guidance, Automation, Data Mining, Association Rule, Apriori Algorithm.
