KADIN ÖĞRETMENLERİN YÖNETİCİLİK ROL ALGILARI (ELAZIĞ-TUNCELİ İLLERİ ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Bu araştırma kadın öğretmenlerin yönetici olma isteklerini ve okul yöneticilerinin rol algılarını belirlemeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu amaçla elde edilen verilerde, öncelikle kadın öğretmenlerin okul yöneticiliğiyle ilgili düşünceleri ve okul yöneticilerini algıları ortaya konmuştur. Böylece kadın öğretmenlerin okul yöneticiliğine dair düşünceleri bilimsel metotlar çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Araştırma için öncelikle literatür taranmıştır. Elazığ ve Tunceli il merkezinden ve bazı ilçelerinden toplam 576 kadın öğretmene uygulanan anket, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilmiştir.

This research aims to reveal wishes of female teachers to be a director and determine their perception of school directors. With the data obtained from this research, first of all the female teachers thoughts about school administers and their perception of school directors put forward. Thus, the female teachers? thoughts about school management were investigated in terms of scholar methods. Principally, literature review was made for the research. The anquette has developed by the researcher applied to in addition 576 female teachers in Elazığ and Tunceli cities center and some of their towns.
