DİKENLİ TATLISU YILAN BALIĞI (MASTACEMBELUS MASTACEMBELUS, BANK VE SOLANDER, 1794)'IN MİDE-BAĞIRSAK KANALININ HİSTOLOJİK YAPISI VE BAZI HİSTOKİMYASAL ÖZELLİKLERİ

Abstract

Dikenli Tatlısu Yılan Balığı (Mastacembelus Mastacembelus, Bank Ve Solander, 1794)'ın Mide-Bağırsak Kanalının Histolojik Yapısı Ve Bazı Histokimyasal Özellikleri Bu çalışmada Elazığ Keban Baraj Gölü'nden temin edilen 5 adet Dikenli Tatlısu Yılan Balığı (Mastacembelus mastacembelus Bank ve Solenderi 1794)'nın mide-bağırsak kanalının histolojik ve histokimyasal özellikleri ışık mikroskobunda incelendi. M. mastacembelus'un midesi kardiak, fundus ve pilorik olarak üç bölümden oluştuğu, her üç bölümünde tunika mukoza, submukoza, tunika muskülaris ve tunika serosa tabakalarının oluştuğu, mukozasının kıvrımlı ve prizmatik hücrelerden oluştuğu, kardiak ve fundus midede gastrik bezlerin bulunduğu, pilorik midede ise bulunmadığı belirlendi. Her üç mide bölümünde de longitudal ve sirküler kas katmanları ve tunika serosa tabakaları tespit edildi. Midede yapılan histokimyasal boyamalar sonucunda mukus hücrelerindeki glukokonjugatlar; değişik derecelerde reaksiyonlar göstermiştir. M. mastacembelus'un bağırsakları ince, orta ve kalın olmak üzere üç bölümünde ele alındı. Her üç bölümünde içten dışa doğru tunika mukoza, submukoza, tunika müskularis ve tunika serosa tabakalarından oluştuğu, mukozanın prizmatik epitel hücrelerinden meydana geldiği ve bol miktarda goblet hücrelerini içerdiği, gözlemlenmiştir. Longitudinal ve sirküler kas fibrillerinden oluşan tunika muskularis ve bağ dokudan oluşan tunika serosa tabakaları tespit edilmiştir. Bağırsaklarda yapılan histokimyasal boyamalarda goblet hücrelerinde asidik glukokonjugatların nötral olanlar göre daha baskın olduğu belirlendi. Investigation of histology structure and some histochemical characteristics of stomach-intestine tract in the spiny eel, (Mastacembelus mastacembelus Bank and Solander, 1794). In this study, the histological structure and histochemical characteristics of stomach-intestine tract five spiny eel (Mastacembelus mastacembelus Bank ve Solenderi 1794), obtained in Keban Dam Lake were examined in the light microscope. The stomach of M.mastacembelus are consist of three region called cardiac, fundus and pyloric. In the all the region of stomach found tunica mocosa, submucosa, tunica muscularis and tunica serosa. The stomach mucosa of M.mastacembelus had folded and columnar cells, found gastric gland in the cardiac and fundus stomach, no observed in the pyloric stomach. In all the region of stomach showed circulary and longitudinally muscularis layer and tunica serosa. As a result of histochemically staining of stomach were determined that in the mucous cell included different gradually neutral glycocongugate and acidic glycocongugate. The intestine of M.mastacembelus studied as assending, intermedia and dessending. It was found out that the intestine tract wall of M.mastacembelus consisted of four layers called mucosa, submucosa, muscularis and serosa, mucosa of intestine compose of prismatic epithelial cells and numerous goblet cells. Tunica muscularis occured longitudinally and circular muscle fibril. Tunica serosa formed the connective tissue. As a result of histochemically staining in the goblet cell of intestine were determined that the goblet cell included strong acidic glycocongugate.
