DEVRE ANALİZİ DERSİ İÇİN BİR UZMAN ÖLÇME VE DEĞERLENDİRME YAZILIMI GELİŞTİRME

Abstract

Devre analizi dersi, elektrik, elektronik ve bilgisayar alanındaki tüm bölümler için entemel derslerden biridir. Temel derslerde verilen bilgileri iyi anlamıs bir ögrencinin digermeslek derslerinde ve mezun olduktan sonraki is hayatında daha basarılı olacagı açıktır. Buanlamda temel derslerin anlatımı, uygulanan ögretim teknikleri ve kullanılan ölçme vedegerlendirme sistemleri son derece önem kazanmaktadır. Teknolojinin ve buna baglı olarakinternetin gelismesi sınıf ortamının hatta okul ortamının bilgisayar programlarıylaolusturulmasını yaygınlastırmaktadır.Sınıf, sınav, okul, ögretmen egitimi vb. alanlar için hazırlanan bilgisayar programları içineyapay zekâ kavramının girmesi, egitimde bilgisayar kullanımı ile ilgili yeni teknolojilerinolusmasını saglamıstır. Yapay zekânın amacı, insanın çok yönlü düsünüs ve davranısözelliklerini tasıyan makineler veya programlar yapmaktır. Uzman sistemler ise insan tarafındanyapılan islerin bilgisayarlara daha iyi nasıl yaptırılacagının arastırmasını yapan yapay zekâtekniklerinden biridir. Egitimde uzman sistem gibi yapay zekâ tekniklerinin kullanılması ZekiÖgretim Sistemlerinin ortaya çıkmasını ve gelismesini saglamıstır. Bu tezde gelistirilen uzmanölçme ve degerlendirme sisteminin amacı; devre analizi uzmanının kontrolünde ögrencilerinbilgilerini objektif olarak hızlı bir sekilde degerlendirmek ve ögrencileri yönlendirmektir. Budurumda zaman ve kaynak kaybı azalacak, egitim daha kaliteli hale gelecektir. Sistem, VisualC#. Net 2005 ve SQL Server 2000 dilleri ile hazırlanmıs olup ögrenci ve yönetici bölümü olarakiki ayrı bölümden olusmaktadır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Zeki Ögretim Sistemleri, Uzman Sistemler, Bulanık Mantık, Ölçme-Degerlendirme.

Electrical circuit analysis is a core course for almost all departments that are related toelectrics, electronics and computer sciences. It is obvious that a student who is competent inthese core courses will also be successful in other occupational courses and in his/her careerlater on. In this respect, measurement and evaluation systems used in instructing such coursesbecome significantly important. Improvements in technology and thereby the internet havecontributed to the enrichment of classes and schools with computer software.Combining artificial intelligence into computer programs that are designed for schools,exams, and instructor training has led to the formation of new technologies in computer usage ineducation. The purpose of artificial intelligence is to build machines or programs that arecapable to think and act as multifunctional as human beings. One of such programs ? which isknown as expert system ? is an artificial intelligence technique that analyses how to improvecomputer competency on the actions that are undertaken by humans. Using artificial intelligencetechniques such as expert systems in education has accounted for emergence and developmentof Intelligent Tutoring Systems. The aim of the expert measurement and evaluation systemdeveloped in this thesis, is to evaluate the knowledge of students objectively under the guidanceof a circuit analysis specialist and orientate those students. Hence, education will become ofhigher quality by lessening the time and resources spent. This system is designed in Visual C#Net 2005 and SQL Server 2000 languages and consists of two parts; one for students and onefor administrators.Key words: Intelligent Tutoring Systems, Expert Systems, Fuzzy Logic, Measurement ?Evaluation.
