SPOR İŞLETMELERİ ÇALIŞANLARINDA TÜKENMİŞLİK DURUMU ARAŞTIRMASI

Abstract

SPOR İŞLETMELERİ ÇALIŞANLARINDA TÜKENMİŞLİK DURUMUARAŞTIRMASIÖZETBu araştırmanın amacı; spor işletmelerinde çalışan kişilerin mesleki tükenmişlikdüzeylerini belirlemeye yöneliktir. Araştırmaya Elazığ Gençlik Spor İl Müdürlüğünde veMüdürlüğe bağlı spor işletmelerinde çalışmakta olan 117 erkek, 17 bayan toplam 134 bireygönüllü olarak katılmıştır.Spor işletmelerinde çalışan bireylere; sosyo demografik özellikleri belirleyici "KişiselBilgi Formu" ve likert tipi bir ölçek olan "Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği" uygulanmıştır.Kişisel bilgi formunu yaş, görev süresi, cinsiyet, medeni hal, eğitim düzeyi ve gelir düzeyioluşturmaktadır. Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeğini ise; 22 soruluk bir formdan oluşmaktadır. Busorulara verilecek yanıtlar ?Hiçbir Zaman?, ?Çok Nadir?, ?Bazen?, ?Çoğu Zaman? ve ?HerZaman? olarak 5 belirleyici yanıt seçeneğidir.Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS programından yararlanılarak bulgular, frekansdağılımı ve çapraz tablolar halinde sunulmuştur.Spor işletmelerinde çalışan bireylerin duygusal tükenmişlik (1.62) ve duyarsızlaşmadüzeyindeki (1.12) tükenmişliklerinin çok az olduğu, kişisel başarı düzeyinde ise (2.76)tükenmişliğin fazla olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak genel tükenmişlik düzeyi olarak isebireylerin tükenmişlik düzeylerinin fazla olduğu görülmüştür.Anahtar kelimeler: Spor işletmeleri, tükenmişlik.

RESEARCH OF THE BURNOUT THAT THE WORKERS OF THE SPORTSCOMPANYABSTRACTThe purpose of this research aims to determine the level of occupational burnout of thepeople who work fort he sports companies. 117men, 17women, totally 134 individuals whowork for Elazığ Youth and Sports Administration and who work fort he sports companieswhich are connected to the administration, have joined the research voluntarily.The `Personal Information Form? which determines the socio-demographic aspectsand a likert type inventory `Maslach Burnout Inventory? has been applied to the individualswho work for the sports companies. The `Personal Information Form? consists of age, dutyperiod, sexuality, marital status, the level of education and the level of income. `MaslachBurnout Inventory? consists of a 22-question-form.The answers to these questions `never?,`rarely?, `many times?, `always? are 5 characteristic answer alternatives.In the evaluation of the datum, by the help of SPSS program, inventions arepresented as frequency distribution and transverse tables.At the frequency disribution and the transverse tables, the burnout point and theaverage of burnout are estimated.İt has been seen that the individuals who work for the sports companies have lessburnout at the level of desensitization (1.12) and sentimental (1.62) burnout, and have muchburnout at the level of personal success (2.76).
