SPORCU VE ANTRENÖRLERİN SPOR TESİSLERİNİN KULLANIMI KONUSUNDA İSTEK VE BEKLENTİLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ (ELAZIĞ İLİ ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Elazığ ilindeki Sporcu ve Antrenörlerin Spor tesislerinin kullanımı konusunda istek ve beklentilerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma; "Elazığ ilinde ikamet eden antrenör ve sporcuların ildeki kullandıkları spor tesislerinden istek ve beklentilerinin belirlenmesi " ne yönelik Anket Yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anketten elde edilen veriler SPSS 22 ortamında değerlendirildi ve frekans, yüzde uygulanarak sonuçlar tablolar halinde gösterilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre; çalışmaya katılanların % 15.2 sinin Antrenör, % 84.8 inin sporcu ve %59.0 ı erkek ve % 41.0 nın ise bayan olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yine ankete katılanların %46.9 unun Yüksekokul ve %26.4 ünün de Futbol branşı ile ilgilendikleri tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; antrenörlerin, antrenman yaptıkları tesislerdeki soyunma ve dinlenme odalarının yetersiz olduğu, personel, yönetici ve sağlık görevlilerinin yeterli seviyede olduklarını, antrenman için verilen sürenin yeterliği konusunda sporculara göre daha az benimsedikleri görülmüştür.

The aim of this study is to determine the demands and expectations of the athletes and coaches in Elazığ regarding the use of sports facilities. The Research conducted and Survey Method was used to determine the demands and expectations of the sports facilities used by the coaches and athletes residing in Elazığ province. The data from the Survey were evaluated in the SPSS 22 context and the results from frequency, percentage, and the results were tabulated. According to the obtained findings in the research; it was determined that, 15.2% of the participants were coaches, 84.8% were athletes, 59.0% were males and 41.0% were females. It was also found that 46.9% of the participants were interested in the high school and 26.4% were interested in the football field. As a result; it is seen that the coaches' training room where the training and resting rooms are inadequate, staff, administrators and health professionals are at an adequate level, and the coac hes are less familiar with the training suits given for training than athletes.
