İHVÂN-I SAFÂ DA NEFS TEZKİYESİ

Abstract

Tezin konusu "İhvân-ı Safâ'da Nefis Tazkiyesi"dir. Konu İhvân-ı Safâ risaleleri ve İhvân-ı Safâ hakkında yazılmış kitap ve makalelerden yararlanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Tezin amacı, İhvân-ı Safâ'nın nefse bakış açısını tespit etmek ve nefis tezkiyesi hakkındaki görüş ve yorumlarını ele almaktır. Yapılan araştırmada İhvân-ı Safâ'nın salt bir felsefî grup olmadığı aynı zamanda bir sufî tarikat gibi nefis tezkiyesini önemsediği, marifete ulaşmanın ve kurtuluşa ermenin önemli bir bir koşulu olarak gördüğü görülmüştür. Yine İhvân'a göre nefsi perdeleyen ve engelleyen etmenin maddî veya cismanî varoluş olduğu ve nefsin kurtuluşunun maddî bağımlılık ve alışkanlıklardan kurtulmak ile sağlanabileceği tespit edilmiştir. Bu tezle, İhvân-ı Safâ'nın da tasavvuf düşünce sistemi içerisinde inceleme konusu edinilmesine, bu mistik ve gizemli tarikatın tasavvufî ve irfanî görüş ve yorumların ele alınmasına vesile olabileceği öngörülmektedir.

The theme of the thesis is "The Spiritual Purification in Ikhwan-i Safâ". The subject was prepared by using İkhwan-i Safâ's treatises and books and articles written about İkhwan-i Safâ. The aim of the thesis is to identify the point of view of Ikhwan-i Safâ about the soul and to discuss his views and interpretations about his spiritual purification. In the research done, it is seen that Ikhwan-i Safâ is not only a philosophical group but also they care about spiritual purification like a sufi sect and they have seen it as an important condition for for reaching knowledge and salvation. Again according to Ikhwan, the thing that curbs and blocks the spirit is material and physical existence. It is foreseen that this thesis could be a means for the examination of Ikwan-i Safâ in the sufi thought system and for the benefit of this mystical and mysterious sect from its mystical and loreal views and interpretations.
