ÖĞRETMEN VE İDARECİLERİN E-OKUL UYGULAMALARINA İLİŞKİN GÖRÜŞLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, öğretmen ve idarecilerin e-Okul uygulamalarına ilişkin görüşlerinin tespit edilmesi ile çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Araştırmanın evrenini 2009-2010 öğretim yılında, Elâzığ ve Şanlıurfa illerinde, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan öğretmen ve idareciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, seçkisiz oransız örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilmek suretiyle toplam 16 okulda görev yapan 241 öğretmen ve 22 idareciden oluşmuştur.Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen anket ve kişisel bilgi formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde t testi ve eşli gruplar t testi kullanılmıştır.Araştırma bulgularına göre; öğretmen ve idarecilerin e-Okul uygulamalarına ilişkin görüşleri ile görev yaptıkları iller, görev yerleri, görevleri ve cinsiyetleri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Öğretmen ve idarecilerin e-Okul'u kullanmadan önceki bilgisayar ve interneti kullanma düzeylerinde ise e-Okul'u kullandıktan sonra artış olduğu belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: e-Okul Uygulamaları, İnternet, Bilgisayar, Görüş, Öğretmen, İdareci.

In this research, we aimed to determine the views of the teachers and the administrators about e-School applications and interms of different variables.The universe of the research consists of the teachers and the administrators working in the elementary schools of the Ministry of National Education in Elâzığ and Şanlıurfa Provinces in 2009-2010. The sampling of the research was made by selecting randomly among 241 teachers and 22 administrators working in 16 schools.The data were collected through the survey developed by the researcher and the personel information form. In the analyze of the data, the t test and the paired groups t test were used.According to the findings of the research, there is no significant difference between the views of the teachers and the administrators about e-School applications and their work place, their duties and their sexuality and the provinces they work.After using e-School, there is an increase in the level of using computers and the internet before the teachers and the administrators use e-School.Key Words: e-School Applications, Internet, Computer, View, Teacher, Administrator.
