YENİ BİR TOPLUMSAL DÖNÜŞÜM SÜRECİNİN ÜRETİM BİRİMİ OLARAK: TEKNOPARKLAR

Abstract

Sosyolojik araştırmaların ilk kaynağı, toplumları daha iyi anlama arzusu olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, Bilgi Toplumunu ve onun simgesi olan teknoparkları anlamak ve niteliklerini kavramak amacı ile yapılmış bir alan araştırmasıdır.Son 50?60 yılda ekonomide meydana gelen dönüşümlerin simgesi haline gelen teknoparkların, sosyo-ekonomik yansımalarını ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada; Teknopark terimi, teknolojinin en üst düzeyde kullanıldığı yer anlamından çok; toplumların bir gelişme göstergesi, yeni bir sosyal olgu, yeni meslek formları, günümüz toplumunda değişimi hızlandıran bir kurum, yeni bir üretim birimi, yeni üretim ilişkilerinin, yeni üretim tarzlarının, yeni çalışma hayatının oluşturduğu, yeni bir ifade tarzı, yeni bir organizasyon ve değişen yaşam tarzlarına cevap niteliği taşıyan kavramlar bütünü olarak kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma teknopark olgusunun ifade ettiği kavramlar bütününü, söz konusu yeni sürecin mevcut yapısını anlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Biliyoruz ki, üretim tarzlarının değişmesi ile toplumsal değişim arasında sıkı bir ilişki vardır. Bu amaçla Türkiye'deki teknoparkların yukarıda sayılan nitelikler doğrultusunda incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Bilgi Toplumunun simgesi teknoparklarda, bildiğimiz üretim sürecinden farklı olarak; üretim ilişkilerinin (giriş-çıkış saatleri, işveren-işgören arasındaki ilişki) esnekleştiği, ekonomik kazancın ikinci plana itildiği, bayan çalışan (Ar-Ge) sayısının arttığı, bireysel ifadenin (katılımcılık) ve yaratıcılığın öne çıktığı, bilginin girdi olduğu, bilgi düzeyi aynı kişi veya kişilerden oluşan bir çalışma profiline/üretim sürecine doğru gidildiğini göstermektedir. Bu değişim nitel bir çalışma ile ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Teknopark, Teknoloji, İnovasyon, Üretim Tarzı, Bilgi Toplumu, Kültür.

The first source of sociological researches had been the more understanding desire of the societies. This study is an area research that is made with aim of appreciating qualitative and understanding the information society and its symbol technoparks.In this study, that is made with aim of explaining the socio-economical reflections of technoparks those had been as the symbol of transformations economy in the last 50-60 years technopark term is engaged as total concepts, as answer for a new organization and changing life styles, a new expression style that is occurred by the help of new work life and new production style and new production unit an institution that accelerate change in today society, new occupation forms, a new social fact a development sing of societies, more than a field that technology is used in ,at the top level this study is aimed to understand the whole notions those significate the tecnopark fact and the present structure of new process we know that there is a hard relation between the changing of production styles and social change for that reason it?s aimed to research the technoparks in Turkey according to the qualitative above.In technoparks the sings of information society, it?s seen that the production relations are flexible ,(working times, labor boss relations),the economic gain is in the second plan ,increase of the women labor (Re-De), the knowledge as an input, and a going to a production process or work profile that farmed by the same ones have the some information level. This change is studied to be explained qualitatively.Key Words: Technopark, Technology, Innovation, Production Style, Information Society,Culture.
