ELAZIĞ'DA YAYILIŞ GÖSTEREN NİGELLA NİGELLASTRUM (L.) WİLLK. VE NİGELLA OXYPETALA BOİSS. (RANUNCULACEAE) TÜRLERİNİN TAKSONOMİK YÖNDEN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Nigella L. cinsine ait 2 tür (Nigella nigellastrum (L.) Willk. ve Nigella oxypetala Boiss.) morfolojik, anatomik ve karyolojik özellikleri bakımından incelenmiştir. Her bir lokaliteden toplanan örneklerin morfolojik yapıları incelenmiş ve ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Türlerin anatomik özellikleri kök, gövde ve yapraktan alınan kesitlerle belirlenmiştir. Çalışılan türlerin anatomik yapı olarak bu cinse ait diğer türlerden belirgin farklılıklar göstermediği tespit edilmiştir. İncelenen türlerin, kromozom çalışmaları için tohumlarından yararlanılmıştır. Bölünür somatik hücrelerde yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda türlerin kromozom sayımları ve karyotip analizleri belirlenerek ideogramları çizilmiştir. Nigella nigellastrum ve Nigella oxypetala türlerinin kromozom sayılarının 2n=2x=12 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Evaluation of Nigella nigellastrum (L.) Wilk. ve Nigella oxypetala Boiss. (Ranunculaceae) Species Distributed in Elazığ in Terms of Taxonomy In this study, 2 species belonging to Nigella L. genus (Nigella nigellastrum (L.) Willk. ve Nigella oxypetala Boiss.) were evaluated by means of their morphological, anatomical and karyological features. The samples harvested from each locality were studied morphological and their measurements were carried but anatomic features of the species were determined via cross sections taken from the root, stem and the leaves. The studied species were determined not to show any significant differences from the other species of this genus by means of anatomic structure. For he chromosome studies, of the studied species, their seeds were utilized. Following the studies on the dividing somatic cells, chromosome and karyotype analysis of the species were determined and ideograms were drown. The chromosome numbers of the Nigella nigellastrum and Nigella oxypetala species were determined as 2n=2x=12.
