CUMHURİYET DÖNEMİNDE TUNCELİ (1940-1970)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Tunceli ilinin Cumhuriyet Dönemindeki(1940-1970) durumu analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmamız altı bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci Bölümde Tunceli'de Osmanlı ve Cumhuriyet Dönemindeki idari yapılanma, Tunceli Vali ve Belediye Başkanları, sınır sorunları, ilçelerin tarihi ve turistik yerleri ele alınmıştır. İkinci Bölümde Tunceli'deki Milletvekilleri ve senatörlerin çalışmaları ve Tek parti Döneminde CHP'nin Tunceli'deki faaliyetleri incelenmiştir. Üçüncü Bölümde Tunceli'deki okullar ve halkevleri ile halkodaları incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde Tunceli'ye yapılan kamu yatırımlarına kapsamlı olarak değinilmiştir. Ayrıca Tunceli'de kişi başına düşen kamu yatırımları doğu illeri ve Türkiye geneli ile kıyaslanarak ortaya konmuştur. Beşinci Bölümde Tunceli nüfusu dil, din, medeni hal, meslek grupları, nüfus yoğunluğu gibi çeşitli yönleriyle incelenmiştir. Altıncı bölümde ise Tunceli'de meydana gelen doğal afetler saptanmıştır.Sonuç olarak Tunceli'nin Cumhuriyet Dönemindeki gelişimi, yapılan kamu yatırımlarının niteliği, ilde açılan eğitim ve kültür kurumları, ildeki siyasi faaliyetler ve siyasetçilerin ile yaptığı katkılar, il nüfusunun yapısı ve ildeki doğal afetlerin verdiği zararlar tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler : Tunceli, Dersim, Tarih,Yatırım.

In this study, the situation of Tunceli province at Republican Period (1940-1970) was analyzed. Our study consists of six sections. In the first section, administrative structure of the Ottoman Empire and the Republican Period in the Tunceli, governors and mayors of Tunceli, border issues, historical and touristic places of the counties were discussed. In the second section, efforts of deputies and senators in Tunceli and the activities of the CHP in Tunceli at single-party period were discussed. In the third section, schools and community centers at Tunceli were analyzed. In the fourth section, public investments in Tunceli were mentioned extensively. Moreover, public investments per capita in Tunceli were presented by comparing them with the ones in the eastern provinces and Turkey in general. In the fifth section, Tunceli population was examined in various aspects such as language, religion, marital status, occupational group and population density. In the sixth section, natural disasters occured in Tunceli were stated. Consequently, the development of Tunceli in the Republican Period, quality of the public investments, educational and cultural centers, political activities and supports of the politicians, the population structure and the damages caused by natural disasters in the province were discussed.Key words: Tunceli, Dersim, History, İnvestment.
