Crucifer’den Endemik Bir Tür Olan Hesperis isatidea (Boiss.) D.A. German & Al-Shehbaz Üzerine Taksonomik Notlar

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Anadolu endemiği Hesperis isatidea (Boiss.) D.A. German & Al-Shehbaz taksonomik açıdan incelenmiştir. Son yapılan düzenlemelere göre Tchihatchewia cinsi Hesperis cinsi ile sinonim olup, Tchihatchewia isatidea Boiss. türü Hesperis isatidea olarak kabul görmüştür. Çok yıllık ya da 2 yıllık otsu bir bitki olan inceleme materyalinde, gövde basit, çatalsı, nadiren de çok dallanmış durumda olup, içi boş ve tüylüdür. Taban, gövde ve üst yapraklar farklı görünüm ve büyüklük arz eder. Yaprakların üst yüzeyinde beyaz, basit, nadiren çatalsı tüyler yer alır. Alt yüzeyde ise tüy yoğunluğu azalmaktadır. Çiçek durumu bileşik salkımdır. Stomalar amfistomatik tip olup, yaprağın her iki yüzeyinde de yer almaktadır. Polen tipi trikolpat, ornemantasyonu granülat, polen şekli ise subprolat’tır. Kromozom sayısı 2n=14 (x= 7)’tür.

In this study, Anatolian endemic Hesperis isatidea Boiss. D.A. German & Al-Shehbaz was investigated taxonomically. According to recent regulations, the Tchihatchewia genus is synonymous with the genus Hesperis and Tchihatchewia isatidea species was arranged as Hesperis isatidea. It’s a herbaceous plant of biennial or perennial. Stem is simple, 2-forked or much branched, hollow and pubescent. Basal, and upper leaves of stem are in heteromorphic. There are white, simple or sparsely 2-forked hairs on the upper surface of the leaves. On the lower surface of the leaves or sprasely raises. Infloreschens type is panicula. Stomatas are amphistomatal type which is present on the both surfaces of theleaves. Pollen type is tricolpate, ornemantacion granulate and pollen form is supprolate. Chromosome numbers are 2n = 14 (x = 7).
