TCHİHATCHEWİA İSATİDEA BOİSS'İN BESİNSEL İÇERİĞİ, ANTİOKSİDAN VE ANTİMİKROBİYAL AKTİVİTESİ

Abstract

Tchihatchewia isatidea Boiss (Brassicaceae) halk arasında allı gelin, boya ve gelin çiçeği olarak bilinmektedir. Çiçek kısımları boyar madde, kökleri yara iyileştirici ve çiçekli dalları ise öksürük tedavisinde kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; T. isatidea'nın besinsel (ham protein, ham kül, ham yağ, ham selüloz, karbonhidrat, nem, kuru madde, enerji, element ve vitamin) ve tıbbi etkilerinin (antioksidan, antimikrobiyal ve DNA koruyucu etkisi) belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. T. isatidea'da %91.60 kuru madde, %14.40 ham kül, %29.02 ham selüloz, %1.80 ham yağ, %20.60 ham protein, %63.21 karbonhidrat, %77.20 organik madde, 351.62 kcal enerji, 2.82 mg/g A vitamini, 22.95 mg/g E vitamini, 133.56 nmol/g MDA, 42.5 mg/kg K, 260 mg/kg Na, 102.4 mg/kg Ca, 1.59 mg/kg Fe, 1.160 mg/kg Zn, 0.121 mg/kg Cu, 7.49 mg/kg Mn ve 2.16 mg/kg Pb saptanmıştır. T. isatidea'nın total antioksidan düzeyi 3.91 ?mol/L, total oksidan seviyesi ise 6.96 ?mol/L olarak bulunmuştur. Bitki ekstraktının DPHH radikal temizleme aktivitesi 10 ?L'de %11.68, 25 ?L'de %30.80, 50 ?L'de %68.20 ve 100 ?L'de %82.34 bulunmuştur. UV ve H2O2 varlığında ise scDNA'yı koruduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca; bitkinin çiçek özütü patojen mikroorganizmaların gelişimini farklı oranlarda (8-13 mm çap) engellediği belirlenmiştir.

Tchihatchewia isatidea Boiss (Brassicaceae) is known among the public as reddish bride, paint and bridal flower. Flower parts are used for staining, roots for wound healing, and flowering branches for treatment of cough. In this study, it is aimed to determine the nutritional (crude protein, crude ash, crude oil, crude cellulose, carbohydrate, moisture, dry matter, energy, element and vitamin) and medical effects (antioxidant, antimicrobial and DNA protective effect) of T. isatidea. T. isatidea had 91.60% dry matter, 14.40% crude ash, 29.02% crude cellulose, 1.80% crude fat, 20.60% crude protein, 63.21% carbohydrate, 77.20% organic matter, 351.62 kcal energy, 2.82 mg/g vitamin A, 22.95 mg/g vitamin E, 133.56 nmol/g MDA, 42.5 mg/kg of K, 260 mg/kg of Na, 102.4 mg/kg of Ca, 1.59 mg/kg of Fe, 1.160 mg/kg of Zn, 0.121 mg/kg of Cu, 7.49 mg/kg of Mn and 2.16 mg/kg of Pb. The total antioxidant level of T. isatidea was 3.91 ?mol/L and the total oxidant level was 6.96 ?mol/L. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of the plant extract was 11.68% at 10 ?L, 30.80% at 25 ?L, 68.20% at 50 ?L and 82.34% at 100 ?L. In the presence of UV and H2O2 it was found to protect scDNA. Also, it has been determined that the plant's flower extract inhibits the development of pathogenic microorganisms at different rates (8-13 mm diam.).
