YMNO3 VE YCOO3 FERROELEKTRİK MALZEME ESASLI Sİ TABANLI FOTODİYOTLARIN ELEKTRİKSEL ÖZELLİKLERİ

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında Y1-xSrxCoO3 ve Y1-xSrxMnO3 malzemeleri sol-jel metodu kullanılarak hazırlandı. Hazırlanan malzemelerin yapısal özellikleri için, SEM (taramalı elektron mikroskopisi), FTIR spektrokopisi ve XRD analizleri yapıldı. Diyotların elektriksel ve fotoduyarlılık özellikleri I-V, I-t ve C-G-V ölçümleri alınarak incelendi. Hazırlanan diyotların fotodiyot özelliği sergilediği belirlendi. Al/p-Si/Y1-xSrxMnO3/Au fotodiyotları Al/p-Si/Y1-xSrxCoO3/Au fotodiyotlarından daha iyi fotoduyarlılık özellik gösterdi. Yapılan ölçümler Al/p-Si/Y1-xSrxMnO3/Au ve Al/p-Si/Y1-xSrxCoO3/Au diyotlarının optoelektronik uygulamalarda fotodiyot olarak kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir.

In this thesis, Y1-xSrxCoO3 and Y1-xSrxMnO3 samples were prepared by sol-gel method. The stuctrual properties of Y1-xSrxCoO3 andY1-xSrxMnO3 samples were analyzed using FTIR spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy and X-ray diffraction techniques. Electrical and photoresponse properties of the diodes were investigated by I-V,I-t and C-G-V measurements. The prepared diodes exhibited a photodiode behaviour. The photoresponse properties of Al/p-Si/Y1-xSrxMnO3/Au are better than that of Al/p-Si/Y1-xSrxCoO3/Au diodes. The obtanied results indicate that Al/p-Si/Y1-xSrxMnO3/Au and Al/p-Si/Y1-xSrxCoO3/Au diodes can be as well as a photodiode in optoelectronic applications.
