Yüksek Lisans Tezi OSMANLI DONEMI'NDE HATAY'DA EGITIM Yahya ALAKAY Fırat Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü İslam Tarihi ve Sanatları Ana Bilim Dalı İslam Tarihi Bilim Dalı 2003, Sayfa: 59 "Osmanlı Döneminde Hatay'da Eğitim" adlı tezimiz giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır.Giriş bölümünde, Hatay'ın kısa bir tarihçesine ve çeşitli eğitim kurumlarının tanımlarına yer verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde Hatay'da bulunan okulların, cami medreselerinin ve bazı kütüphanelerin dökümleri ve bunlara ait çeşitli istatistik! bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölüm ise Hatay'da mevcut olan farklı etnik gruplara, yabancı unsurlara ve bunların faaliyetlerine ayrılmış olup, manda idaresinin eğitim.siyasetinden de bahsedilmiştir. II SUMMARY Master Thesis EDUCATION IN HATAY IN THE OTTOMAN TERM Yahya ALAKAY The University of Firat Social Sciences Institute Main Science Branch of Islam History and Art Science Branch of Islam History 2003, Page 59 The study that named "Education in Hatay in the Ottoman Term" consisted on introduction section and two other sections. In the part of introduction, short history of Hatay and definitions of different education associations had been mentioned. In the first part of scholls in Hatay, mosque medresses and some libraries' concering and different statistical informations had been mentioned. In the second part to different ethnic groups, exotic elements are available in Hatay and it's activities and education politics of mandate direction was mentioned. In the result of thesis the importance of Hatay in Ottoman Education System was mentioned. Keywords: Hatay, Medresse, Exotic Scholl.
