ALYSSUM L. (BRASSİCACEAE) CİNSİNE AİT BAZI TAKSONLARIN POLEN MORFOLOJİLERİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Brassicaceae familyasının Alyssum L. cinsinden; A. condensatum subsp. flexibile (Nyár.) T.R. Dudley, A. filiforme Nyár., A. xanthocarpum Boiss., A. simplex Rudolph, A. macropodum Boiss. & Balansa, A. contemptum Schott & Kotschy, A. trichostachyum Rupr., A. callichroum Boiss. & Balansa, A. strigosum subsp. strigosum, Banks & Sol., A . strictum Willd., A. praecox Boiss. & Bal. taksonlarının, polen morfolojik özellikleri, ışık mikroskobu (LM) ve taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Bu cinse ait taksonlar 2022-2023 yılları arasında yapılan arazi çalışmalarında toplanmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda polenlerin monad, radyal simetrili, isopolar, polen şekillerinin subprolat ve prolat, apertür tipi trikolpat ve ekzin tektat olması gibi bazı ortak özellikler bulunmuştur. Hem SEM hem de Işık mikroskobu ile çekilen mikrofotoğraflar da ekzin süslemesinin retikulat olduğu belirlenmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Alyssum, Brassicaceae, LM, Polen morfoloji, SEM

In this study, genera of Alyssum from the family Brassicaceae, A. condensatum subsp. flexibile (Nyár.) T.R. Dudley, A. filiforme Nyár., A. xanthocarpum Boiss., A. simplex Rudolph, A. macropodum Boiss. & Balansa, A. contemptum Schott & Kotschy, A. trichostachyum Rupr., A. callichorum Boiss. & Balansa, A. strigosum subsp. strigosum Banks & Sol., A.strictum Willd., and A. praecox Boiss. & Bal. taxa the morphologies of the pollen were revealed using light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Taxa belonging to this genus were collected in field studies conducted between 2022-2023. As a result of this study, some common features were found in pollen such as monad, radial symmetry, isopolar, pollen shapes being subprolate and prolate, aperture type tricolpate and exine tectate. In microphotographs taken with both SEM and light microscope, it was determined that the exine ornemantation was reticulate. Keywords: Alyssum, Brassicaceae, LM, Pollen morphology, SEM
