HAZAR GÖLÜ (ELAZIĞ) ÇEVRESİNDE BULUNAN GÖLETLERDEKİ RANUNCULUS SPP. BİTKİLERİ ÜZERİNDEKİ EPİFİTİK ALGLER VE MEVSİMSEL DEĞİŞİMLERİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Hazar Gölü çevresinde bulunan iki farklı göletteki Ranunculus rinoii ile Ranunculus aquatilis bitkileri üzerindeki epifitik algler eylül 2006 ve ağustos, 2007 tarihleri arasında araştırılmıştır.Bu araştırma süresince Cyanophyta'ya ait 7, Chlorophyta'ya ait 14 Euglenophyta'ya ait 1, Chrysophyta'ya ait 1, Dinophyta'ya ait 2, Bacillariophyta'ya ait 44 olmak üzere toplam 69 takson belirlenmiştir.Diyatomeler (Bacillariophyta) gerek takson sayısı gerekse pelajik ve epifitik flora içerisindeki ortaya çıkış sıklıkları ve birey sayıları bakımından her iki göletin en önemli algleri olmuştur. Pelajik bölgedeki takson sayısı, epifitik flora içerisindeki takson sayısından fazla olmuştur. Bazı kimyasal ve biyolojik verilere bağlı olarak her iki göletin epifitik florası değerlendirilmiştir.

In this study, algae occurring as pelagic and epiphytic forms and their seasonal variations were investigated in two ponds near Sivrice Town for a period of a year (between September 2006 and August 2007). Ranunculus rinoii and Ranunculus aquatilis were the host macrophytes in the ponds for epiphytic algae. Diatoms were the most conspicuos algae with respect to number of species and frequency of occurrence in both ponds.A total of 69 taxa belonging to Bacillariophyta (44), Chlorophyta (14), Cyanophyta (7), Euglenophyta (1), Chrysophyta (1) and Dinophyta (2) were recorded during the study.Number of taxa for pelagic algae were more than that recorded for epiphytic algae. Changes in epiphytic algal community were discussed in relation to some chemical variables.
