HENTBOL KADINLAR 1. LİG SPORCULARININ FAİR PLAYE YÖNELİK TUTUMLARI İLE EMPATİK EĞİLİM DÜZEYLERİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, kadın hentbolcuların fair play anlayışları ve empatik eğilim düzeylerinin arasında, çeşitli değişkenler doğrultusunda farklılaşma olup olmadığını incelemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Türkiye kadın hentbol takımlarının sporcuları, örneklemini ise; 1. Lig kadın hentbol kulüplerinin sporcuları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmamızda 11 spor kulübünden toplam 150 sporcu bulunmaktadır. Araştırmamızda veri toplama aracı olarak bazı değişkenleri kapsayan kişisel bilgi formu ( yaş, eğitim düzeyi, medeni durum, spor yılı, aynı antrenörle çalışma yılı) , Kişilerarası Tepkisellik İndeksi ve Çok Boyutlu Sportmenlik Yönelimi Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi yapılırken SPSS 25 istatistik programı kullanılmıştır. Anlamlılık seviyesi olarak "p<0.05" belirlenmiştir. Gruplar arası ikili karşılaştırmalarda t-testi, ikiden fazla çoklu karşılaştırmalarda Anova testi ve gruplar arası anlamlı farklılıkların bulunması amacıyla Tukey testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularında, empatik eğilim düzeyleri alt boyutlarının demografik değişkenlere göre incelenmesinde anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmamıştır, ancak fantezi alt boyutunun aynı antrenörle çalışma yılı değişkenine göre anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmıştır. Fair play alt boyutlarının demografik değişkenlere göre incelenmesinde anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmamıştır. Bireylerin empatik eğilim alt ölçeklerinden herhangi birinde yaşanan gelişmenin diğer alt ölçekleri de olumlu ve yüksek düzeyde etkilediğini, aynı şekilde fair play alt ölçeklerinden herhangi birinde yaşanan gelişmenin diğer alt ölçekleri olumlu ve yüksek düzeyde etkilediği görülmektedir.

The aim of the study is to investigate whether there is a differentiation between the fair play understanding and empathic tendency levels of female handball players in line with various variables. The population of the study is made up of athletes of the Women's Handball Teams, and the sample of it, on the other hand, is the athletes of 1st League women's handball clubs. In our study, there are a total of 150 athletes from 11 sports clubs. In our study, personal information form including some variables (age, education level, marital status, sport year, year of practicing with the same trainer), Interpersonal Reactivity Index and Multidimensional Sportsmanship Orientation Scale have been used as a data collection tool. SPSS 25 statistical program has been used to analyze the data. "p <0.05" has been determined as the significance level. T-test for pairwise comparisons between groups, Anova test for more than two multiple comparisons and Tukey test for finding significant differences between groups have been applied. In the study findings, no statistically significant difference has been found in the examination of the sub-dimensions of empathic tendency levels in terms of demographic variables, but a statistically significant difference has been observed in the fantasy sub-dimension in terms of the variable of the practicing year with the same trainer. No statistically significant difference has been found in the analysis of fair play sub-dimensions in terms of demographic variables. It is observed that the development experienced in any of the empathic tendency subscales of the individuals also affects other subscales positively and highly, likewise, the development in any of the fair play subscales affects the other subscales positively and highly.
