ORTAOKUL VE LİSE ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN BEDEN EĞİTİMİ VE SPORA İLİŞKİN TUTUMLARININ KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI (BAYBURT İL ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Araştırmamızda betimsel tarama yaklaşımıyla Bayburt ili ortaokul ve lise okullarında okuyan öğrencilerin beden eğitimi ve spora yönelik tutumları karşılaştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim döneminde Bayburt ilindeki, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı bünyesinde ortaokul ve lise okullarında okuyan 1998 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise Bayburt ilive ilçelerindeki ortaokul ve lise okullarından amaçlı örneklem yöntemi ile seçilen 1205 gönüllü öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplamada anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Anketimizinilkkısmında demografik ikinci kısmındaise Demirhan ve Altay (2001) tarafından gözden geçirilenve güvenirlik katsayısı 0.93, korelasyon katsayısı 0,85, ölçüt geçerliği korelasyon katsayısı 0.83 olan beden eğitimi ve spor tutum ölçeği (BESTÖ) kullanılmıştır. Verilerin istatistik değerleri SPSS 21,0 istatistik programı ile yapılmıştır.Varyanslar homojen ise tek yönlü varyans analizi, t-testi ve deScheffe testi kullanılırken;varyanslar homojen değil ise Dunnett T3 testi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmamız neticesinde gördük ki: ortaokul ve lise okullarında okuyanöğrencilerin beden eğitim ve spora dair tutumları olumlu seviyededir.Çalışmamıza katılan öğrencilerin ailelerinde spor yapanın olmasına,ailelerinin öğrencinin spor yapmasına izin vermesine,cinsiyetine, yaşlarına, yaşadıkları yere, okudukları okul türüne, okudukları sınıf düzeylerine göre beden eğitim ve spora ilişkin tutumları karşılaştırıldığında anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur.(P<0.05).Öğrencilerin daha önceden rahatsızlık, sakatlanma vb. geçirmesine, annelerinin öğrenim durumuna, babalarının öğrenim durumuna, annelerinin mesleklerine, babalarının mesleklerine, ailenin gelir düzeyine ve okuldaki başarı durumuna göre ise anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır (P>0.05). In our survey, the attitudes of secondary & high school students in Bayburt towards physical education and sports were compared by a descriptive survey model. The target population of this study is 1998 students studying in some secondary and high schools in 2016-2017 academic year affiliated to the Ministery of National Education in Bayburt. The research sample is composed of 1205 voluntary students selected with purposeful sampling method from secondary and high schools in Bayburt province and its districts As a means of data collecting, a survey was used. In the first part of our survey, demographic features and in the second part Physical Education and Sport – Attitude Measurement (BESTO) which was revised and calculated by Demirhan and Altay (2001) as the Cronbach Alpha reliability co- efficient 0.93, classroom correlassion co-efficient 0.85, criterion validity co-efficient 0,83 took place. The statistical rates of data was calculated in SPSS 21,0 statistic program. When the variances were homogenous, t – test,one-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe test were used. When the variances were not homogenous, Dunnett T3 test was used. In the results of our work,we saw that the attitudes of students in secondary schools and high schools towards physical education and sports were at a very positive level. It was found that there is a significant difference among their attitudes towards physical education and sports as to the students' sex, age, the place they live, the type of their school they are studying at, the level of the grade they are studying, interests insports among the family members, permission of their parents for doing sports (P<0,05).On the other hand, no significant difference was observed among their attitudes towards physical education and sports according to the students' parents' educational backgrounds and their jobs, income levels, the academic success of the students, and also the illnesses or disablements they experienced before.
