Bu bölümde Osmanlı Devleti'nde Kadılık Kurumu, mahkeme, Mahkeme Görevlileri ve Şeriyye Sicillerinin konularını inceledim.. Tezimin ikinci bölümünde 72 Numaralı Amasya Şer'iyye Sicili'nde yer alan belgelerin konularına göre tasnifini yaptım. Sonuç ve bibliyografyayı koyarak tezimi tamamladım. | dc.description.abstract | In the first chapter of my thesis, I gaveeducation about justice constitutions and Şer'iyye registers in the Ottoman Empire. In this chapter I investigated Cadi Society, court and the employers of court and Şer'iyye registers contents in the Ottoman Empire. In the second chapter of my thesis I made the arranging of the documents which are existingin the numbered 72 of Amasya Şer'iyye register. In the end. I finished my thesis with putting bibliography.
