MALATYA GENÇLİK VE SPOR İL MÜDÜRLÜĞÜNDE GÖREV YAPAN ANTRENÖRLERİN TEKNOLOJİ KULLANIMI DÜZEYLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Abstract

Bu araştırma, betimsel araştırma yöntemlerinden genel tarama modeli kullanılarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın evrenini Malatya Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğüne bağlı il merkezi ve ilçelerde görev yapan 167 antrenör oluşturmuş, gönüllülük esasına göre çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 116 antrenör örneklem grubuna dâhil edilmiştir. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve 15 maddelik Teknoloji Kullanım Ölçeği aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Veri toplama süreci yüz yüze görüşme ve çevrimiçi anket yöntemleriyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 22.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiş; tanımlayıcı istatistiklerin yanı sıra bağımsız örneklem t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), Tukey çoklu karşılaştırma testi ve Pearson korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Tüm istatistiksel analizlerde anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; antrenörlerin teknoloji kullanım düzeylerinin demografik ve mesleki özelliklerden bağımsız olarak şekillendiğini; buna karşılık haftalık ve günlük internet kullanım süresi ile akıllı telefon kullanımı gibi aktif ve düzenli teknoloji kullanım alışkanlıklarının, teknoloji kullanım düzeyini anlamlı biçimde artıran temel belirleyiciler olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.

This research was carried out using the general survey model, one of the descriptive research methods. The universe of the research consisted of 167 coaches working in the provincial center and districts affiliated to the Malatya Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, and 116 coaches who agreed to participate in the study on a voluntary basis were included in the sample group. The data were collected through the Personal Information Form prepared by the researcher and the 15-item Technology Usage Scale. The data collection process was carried out by face-to-face interview and online survey methods. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program; In addition to descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Tukey multiple comparison test and Pearson correlation analysis were applied. In all statistical analyses, the significance level was accepted as p < 0.05. Result; that the level of technology use of coaches is shaped independently of demographic and professional characteristics; on the other hand, active and regular technology usage habits such as weekly and daily internet usage time and smartphone use are the main determinants that significantly increase the level of technology use.
