The sequence spaces l(p), l(infinity)(p), c(0)(p) and c(p) were defined by Maddox(4), Simons(9) and Nakano(8). Recently Bulut and Cakar(1) defined the sequence space l(p, s). In this paper, our main purpose is to define and investigate the sequence spaces l(infinity)(p,s), c(0)(p, s) and c(p, s) and to determine the necessary and sufficient conditions to characterize (l(infinity)(p, s), l(infinity)),(l(infinity) (p, s), c), (c(p, s), c), (c(0)(p, s), c), (c(0)(p, s), l(infinity)(p, s)) and (c(0)(p, s), c(0)(q, s)) matrices.
