dc.description.abstractIn this study, several circuit designs which provide testing LEDs with constant current were given and it was provided that the circuit model that is most useful were determined by comparison. With the implemented design, a large number of LED's light color, light intensity and radiation angle can be detected and compared, simultaneously. Also during the test, it is possible to measure LED forward voltage at 20 mA constant current. With the proposed design, the test process of round, oval and helmet type of LEDs can be easily done and it provides saving time during LED application development process.
