SULUÇAYIR DÜZÜ (SİVRİCE/ELAZIĞ)'NDE BULUNAN BİR GÖLET (TMİ 12)'İN ALGLERİ VE MEVSİMSEL DEĞİŞİMLERİ

Abstract

Bu çalısmada, Suluçayır Düzü (Sivrice/Elazıg)'nde bulunan bir gölet (TM 12)'in algleri ve mevsimsel degisimlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla üç istasyon belirlenmis ve bu istasyonlardan Ekim 2005 ve Eylül 2006 tarihleri arasında fitoplankton ve fitobentoz örnekleri aylık periyotlarla alınarak incelenmistir. Bu arastırma süresince Bacillariophyta'ya ait 47, Chlorophyta'ya ait 5, Cyanophyta'ya ait 2 ve Euglenophyta'ya ait 1 takson olmak üzere toplam 55 takson belirlenmistir. Diyatomeler (Bacillariophyta), gerek takson sayısı gerekse fitoplankton ve fitobentoz içerisindeki ortaya çıkıs sıklıkları ve birey sayıları bakımından Suluçayır Düzü'nde bulunan Gölet (TM 12)'in en önemli algleri olmuslardır. Diyatomeler bütün mevsimlerde ortaya çıkmalarına ragmen en önemli sayılarına yazın ulasmıstır. Epipsammik (44) topluluklarda kaydedilen takson sayısı fitoplanktonda kaydedilen takson sayısına (49) oranla biraz daha az olmustur. Kimyasal ve biyolojik verilere baglı olarak gölet suyunun trofik düzeyi degerlendirilmistir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Fitoplankton, Fitobentoz, Hazar Gölü, Suluçayır Düzü, Gölet.

In this study, algae occurring in phytoplankton and phytobentos and their seasional variations were investigated in monthly samples taken from three station of a pond (TM 12) located in Suluçayır plain (Sivrice/Elazıg) for a period of a year. A total of 55 algal taxa belonging to Bacillariophyta (47), Chlorophyta (5), Cyanophyta (2) and Euglenophyta (1) were recorded during the study. Diatoms (Bacillariophyta) were the most significant both in phytoplankton and phytobentos in terms of number of taxa and frequency of occurrence. Members of green algae (Chlorophyta), blue-green algae (Cyanophyta) and Euglenophyta were also recorded with less numbers of taxa and individuals compare to diatoms both in phytoplankton and phytobentos. Although diatoms occurred in all seasonal their highest numbers were encountered in summer. Number taxa in epipsammon (44) were less than those (49) recorded in phytoplankton. Growths of algae in summer were more conspicuous than those observed in other seasons. Trophic level of the pond investigated was discussed in relation to chemical and biological findings.
