BİNGÖL İLİNDE BULUNAN ATIKSU ARITMA TESİSLERİNİN İŞLETİM PROBLEMLERİ VE ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİLERİ

Abstract

Arıtıma tesislerinin amacı atıksuların yasal mevzuatlara göre ekonomik ve bilimsel biçimde arıtmak ve alıcı ortamdaki canlılarla olan zararlı etkileşimleri minimum düzeye indirgemektir. Bu nedenle, bu tez çalışmasında Bingöl ili ve çevresinde bulunan atıksu arıtma tesislerinin proje ve tasarım verileri ile birlikte işletmeye alma ve işletme sürecinde karşılaşılan problemler belirlenerek, tesiste bulunan ekipmanların seçimi ve verimliliği, tesislerin daha verimli çalışabilmesi için işletim aşamalarında alınması gereken önlemler tartışılmıştır. Arıtma tesislerinin mevzuatlara uygun şekilde arıtım yapabilmesi, proseslerin doğru bir şekilde seçilmesi, tasarım ve inşaat aşamasında doğru ve planlı bir sürecin yürütülmesi, elektrik ve mekanik aksanların sorunsuz çalışması gibi birçok etkene bağlıdır. Çalışma sahasında arıtma tesislerinde karşılaşılan problemlerin başında proses seçiminde yapılan hatalar ile projelendirme aşamalarında yapılan öngörüler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunun sonucunda işletim aşamasında debi ve kirlilik yüklerindeki tutarsızlıklar çeşitli problemlere yol açmakta ve çıkış suyu parametrelerinde mevzuatça belirlenen kriterler elde edilememektedir.

Purpose of treatment plants is economically and scientifically to treat wastewater in accordance with legal regulations and to minimize harmful interactions with ecosystem in the receiving environment. Therefore, in this thesis study, with the project and design data of the wastewater treatment plants in Bingöl province and its districts, the problems encountered in start-up and operation stages were determined and the precautions to be taken during current operation term in order to the WWTPs to operate more efficiently were discussed by considering the selection and efficiency of the equipment. The ability of the WWTPs to treat in accordance with the legislation depends on many factors such as the suitable selection of processes, the execution of a correct planning during the design and construction stages, and the reliable operation of both electrical and mechanical equipment. It has been determined that the main problems in the investigated WWTPs are resulted from the selection of the processes and the inappropriate predictions during the projects. As a result, inconsistencies in flow rates and pollution loadings during the operation have caused various problems and thus the criteria determined by the legislation cannot be achieved in the effluent parameters.
