ARTIRILMIŞ GERÇEKLİK KAVRAMININ İÇERİK ANALİZİ

Abstract

Artırılmış gerçeklik teknolojisinin çeşitli alanlarda kullanımına yönelik araştırma ve geliştirme çalışmaları her geçen gün gelişerek devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmada gelişen alanlar incelenerek içerik analizi ve çalışma alanlarına göre sınıflandırma yapılacaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Günümüz uzay çağı ile birlikte gerçekleşen dijital dönüşümün önemli sonuçlarından biri olan artırılmış gerçeklik kavramının kullanıldığı alanları analiz yapıp, sınıflandırmaktır. Bu tez çalışması doküman incelemesi modelinde betimsel bir araştırmadır. Bulgular çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak betimsel doküman incelemesi yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasında YÖK ana sayfasından ulaşılan Ulusal Tez Merkezi'ndeki ayrıntılı tarama seçeneğiyle tez başlığından "artırılmış gerçeklik" anahtar kelimesi kullanılarak izinli tezlere ulaşılmış; bu taramadan elde edilen tezler, pdf formatında bilgisayara aktarılmıştır. İkinci aşamada tezler doküman incelemesine tabii tutulmuştur. Sonuç olarak çalışma tezlerin genel olarak ne yönde eğilim gösterdiğini belirlemeye yönelik bir sistematik literatür tarama çalışmasıdır. Tam metin içeren ve ulaşılabilen sosyal bilimler alanında yer alan işletme, pazarlama, turizm ve bilgi teknolojileri gibi alan sınırlılıkları içerisinde 35 tez olmak üzere belirli alt soru başlıkları ve kategorileri doğrultusunda kapsamlı değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Artırılmış gerçeklik konusu belli bir kitlenin değil tüm bireylerin öğrenme konusunu hedef aldığından yapılan tezlerin sayısının yetersiz olduğu düşünülmekte ve arttırılmış gerçeklik konusunda tez sayısının artırılması önerilmektedir.

Research and development studies on the use of augmented reality technology in various fields continue to develop day by day. In this study, developing areas will be examined and content analysis and classification will be made according to study areas. The purpose of this study; It is to analyze and classify the areas where the concept of augmented reality is used, which is one of the important results of the digital transformation that took place with today's space age. This thesis is a descriptive research in the document analysis model. Findings were obtained through descriptive document review in accordance with the purpose of the study. In the first stage of the study, authorized theses were accessed by using the keyword "augmented reality" in the thesis title with the detailed scanning option in the National Thesis Center, which can be accessed from the YÖK home page; Theses obtained from this scanning were transferred to the computer in pdf format. In the second stage, theses were subjected to document review. As a result, the study is a systematic literature review study to determine the general trend of the theses. Comprehensive evaluations were made in line with certain sub-question headings and categories, including 35 theses within the field limitations of business, marketing, tourism and information technologies in the field of social sciences, which contain full text and are accessible. Since the subject of augmented reality targets the learning issue of all individuals, not a specific audience, it is thought that the number of theses is insufficient and it is recommended to increase the number of theses on augmented reality.
