ELAZIĞ HAVASININ ALERJİK POLENLERİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 1995-1996 yıllan Mart-Eylül döneminde Elazığ ili havasında bulunan alerjik polenler tespit edilmiştir. Polenlerin havadan toplanmasında Durham Aracı ( Gravimetrik Metot) kullanılmıştır. Elazığ Kapalı Spor Salonu ve Fırat Üniversitesi Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi çatısına yerleştirilen Durham araçlarındaki vazelin sürülmüş lamlar günlük olarak değiştirilmiştir. Polenlerin teşhis ve sayımı Nikon Labophot marka mikroskopta yapılmıştır. Sayım sonuçlan haftalık ve aylık olarak cm2' ye düşen polen miktarı olarak hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç olarak Elazığ ili havasında 9 tanesi ağaç, 9 tanesi de ot olmak üzere toplam 18 taxona ait polen tespit edilmiştir. Ağaç polenleri havadaki polenlerin % 73 'ü gibi oldukça büyük bir oran göstermiştir. 1995 yılında havadaki polen sayısı 1996 yılına göre daha fazla olmuştur. Havada en çok Pinus ve Gramineae taxonlarına ait polenler görülmüştür. Anahtar Kelimeler : Polen, Polen Takvimi, Polen alerjisi, Aeropalinoloji.

In this study, the allergenic airborne pollen grains were determined for The periods of March to October in 1995 and 1996 in Elazığ area. Atmospheric pollens were collected by using a Durham Sampler ( Gravimetric Method ). Vaseline covered slides in Durham Sampler were set up and replaced daily on the roofs of Elazığ Sport Centre and Faculty of Science and Arts Building of Fırat University in Elazığ. The pollens were identified and counted by using a Nikon Labophot microscopy. The pollen number was estimated as weekly and monthly for each centimeter square ( cm2). As a result, nine trees and nine herb originated in total 18 taxa have been determined in Elazığ. The tree originated pollens were % 73 of total amount. It was found that the number of pollen was high in 1995 than in 1996. The most common pollens were belong to Pinus and Gramineae taxa respectively.
