MUŞ İLİNDE MERA DÖNEMİNDEKİ KOYUNLARIN SERUMLARINDA BAZI MİNERAL MADDE DÜZEYLERİNİN TESPİTİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Muş bölgesinde toprak, mera otu ve koyun serumlarında bazı mineral maddelerin (kalsiyum, magnezyum, bakır, demir ve çinko) düzeylerini belirlemektir. Muş ilinin mera besisinin yapıldığı merkez köyleri başta olmak üzere tüm ilçelerinden alınan toprak, mera otu ve koyun kan serum örneklerinin mineral madde düzeylerinin ölçümü Atomik Absorbsiyon Spektrometresinde yapıldı. Yapılan toprak ve mera otu analizinde Muş merkez ve ilçelerinden alınan örneklerin tamamında analizi yapılan mineral maddeler yönünden literatürlerde bildirilen değerler ile uyumluluk belirlenmiştir. Koyunlardan alınan serum örneklerinde ise çinko ve bakır düzeyleri literatürlerde belirtilen standart değerin altında tespit edilirken diğer mineral maddeler (kalsiyum, magnezyum ve demir) bakımından kriterlere uygunluk söz konusudur. Sonuç olarak Muş bölgesindeki koyunlardan alınan serum örneklerindeki kalsiyum, magnezyum ve demir mineralleri için bu çalışmada elde edilen değerler bildirilen standart değerlerle benzer olduğundan koyunların rasyonlarına bu minerallerin ilavesine gerek olmadığına, ancak serum çinko ve bakır düzeylerinin normal standart değerlerin altında tespit edildiğinden hayvanların rasyonlarına bu minerallerin ilavesinin uygun olacağı kanaatindeyiz.

The aim of this study was to determine the levels of some mineral substances (calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc) in soil, pasture and sheep serum in Muş province. The measurement of mineral matter levels of soil, pasture and sheep serum samples taken from all districts, especially the central villages where the pasture fattening of the province of Muş was made, was carried out on the Atomic Absorption Spectrometer. In the soil and pasture analysis, it was determined that all samples taken from Muş center and districts were compatible with the values reported in the literature in terms of mineral substances analyzed. In the serum samples taken from sheep, zinc and copper levels were determined below the standard value reported in the literature, while other minerals (calcium, magnesium and iron) were similar in the literature. In conclusion, since the values obtained in this study were similar to the reported values for calcium, magnesium and iron minerals in sheep samples taken from sheep in the province of Muş, it was not necessary to add these minerals to the rations of sheep, but since the serum zinc and copper levels were determined below the normal standard values, we think that it is appropriate to add this minerals to the rations of animals.
