SPOR KURUMLARINDA ÇALIŞANLARIN TEKNOLOJİ ETKİLEŞİMİNE YAKINLIK, KABUL VE KULLANIM DÜZEYLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı spor kurumlarında çalışanlarının teknoloji etkileşimine yakınlık, kabul ve kullanım düzeylerini değerlendirmek ve elde edilen verilerin demografik değişkenlerine göre farklılaşmanın ne düzeyde olduğunu belirlemektir. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama yöntemi çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın evreni spor kurumları çalışanları olup örneklemini TRB1 bölgesini oluşturan Elazığ, Bingöl, Malatya, Tunceli illeri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem grubundaki gençlik ve spor il müdürlüklerinde farklı meslek gruplarında çalışan 367 gönüllü katılımcıdan alınan veriler değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada verilerin toplanması dört bölümden oluşmakta. İlk olarak katılımcıların demografik özelliklerini (cinsiyet, yaş, mesleki kıdem durumu, öğrenim durumu, hizmet birimi, medeni durum, çalıştığı il) belirlemek için kişisel bilgi formu, sonrasında "Teknoloji Etkileşimine Yakınlık Ölçeği", "Teknoloji Kabul Modeli Ölçeği" ve "Teknoloji Kullanım Ölçeği" uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler lisanslı SPSS 24.0 paket programı ile çözümlenmiştir. Verilerin çarpıklık-basıklık ve Kolmogorov-Smirnova normallik analizi, ikili grupların analizinde "Independent sample t-testi" çoklu grup analizlerinde "Tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA)", bağımlı değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek için ise korelasyon ve regreasyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucu spor kurumları çalışanlarının teknoloji etkileşimine yakınlık düzeyleri cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, kıdem, eğitim durumu değişkenlerine göre; teknoloji kabul düzeyleri yaş, eğitim durumu ve çalıştığı il değişkenlerine göre; teknoloji kullanımları ise cinsiyet ve eğitim durumlarına göre farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Korelasyon ve regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre spor kurumları çalışanlarının teknoloji etkileşimine yakınlık düzeyleri ile teknolojik kabul algıları arasında pozitif yönlü orta güçte anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu; teknoloji etkileşimine yakınlık düzeyleri ile teknoloji kullanım algıları arasında pozitif yönlü düşük güçte anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu; teknoloji kabul algıları ile teknoloji kullanım düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönlü düşük güçte anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak spor kurumları çalışanlarının teknoloji etkileşimine yakınlık ve teknoloji kabul düzeyleri güçlü, teknoloji kullanım boyutlarının ise orta düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the level of closeness, acceptance and use of technology interaction among employees in sports institutions and to determine the level of differentiation according to the demographic variables of the obtained data. The research was carried out within the framework of the relational screening method. The universe of the study is the employees of sports institutions and the sample consists of the provinces of Elazığ, Bingöl, Malatya and Tunceli, which constitute the TRB1 region. The data obtained from 367 volunteer participants working in different professional groups in the provincial youth and sports directorates in the sample group were evaluated. The data collection in the study consists of four parts. First, a personal information form was applied to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants (gender, age, professional seniority, educational status, service unit, marital status, province of employment), then the "Technology Interaction Proximity Scale", "Technology Acceptance Model Scale" and "Technology Usage Scale" were applied. The obtained data were analyzed with the licensed SPSS 24.0 package program. Skewness-kurtosis and Kolmogorov-Smirnova normality analysis of the data, "Independent sample t-test" in the analysis of binary groups, "One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA)" in multiple group analyses, and correlation and regression analyses were performed to determine the relationship between dependent variables. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the level of proximity of employees of sports institutions to technology interaction varies according to variables such as gender, marital status, age, seniority and education level; their technology acceptance levels vary according to variables such as age, education level and the province they work in; and their technology use varies according to gender and education level. According to the results of correlation and regression analysis, it was determined that there was a positive, medium-strength, significant relationship between the levels of proximity to technology interaction and technological acceptance perceptions of sports institution employees; a positive, low-strength, significant relationship between the levels of proximity to technology interaction and perceptions of technology use; and a positive, low-strength, significant relationship between perceptions of technology acceptance and levels of technology use. As a result, it was determined that the proximity to technology interaction and technology acceptance levels of the employees of sports institutions were strong, while their technology usage dimensions were at a moderate level.
