TEK KULLANIMLIK PET VE EPS BARDAKLARIN YAŞAM DÖNGÜSÜ DEĞERLENDİRMESİ

Abstract

Bu tezde; Akıllı şehir bileşenlerinden çevre ve ekonominin bir parçası olan tek kullanımlık mutfak gereçleri endüstrisine odaklanılarak, üretimde kullanılan ham madde temini, kullanımı ve geri dönüşümü süreçlerinin çevresel açıdan değerlendirilmesi, YDD ile analiz edilerek, openLCA yazılımı kullanılarak, iki farklı hesaplama yapılmıştır. Köpük (EPS-Expanded Polystyren Foam) ve polietilen tereftalat (PET) malzemelerinden imal edilen bardakların çevresel etkileri belirlenerek çevresel etkisi en düşük olan proses/ürünün belirlenmesi ve sürdürülebilir, ekonomik bir model oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır.

In this thesis; Focusing on the disposable kitchenware industry, which is a part of the environment and economy, one of the smart city components, the environmental evaluation of the raw material supply, use and recycling processes used in production was analyzed with LCA and two different calculations were made using openLCA software. By determining the environmental impacts of cups made of foam (EPS-Expanded Polystyren Foam) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) materials, it is aimed to determine the process/product with the lowest environmental impact and to create a sustainable, economic model.
