Unilocular Cyst Hydatid: A Case Report

Abstract

A 45 years old patient with acute urticaria table was admitted to hospital and computirezed tomography (CT) determined a 63X65 mm uniloculary cyst hydatid in his left hepatic lobe. The diagnosis was also confirmed with serological and allergic test results. This case report indicates that when when hepatobiliyer system or another organ or system insufficiency symptoms are present, a search for cyst hydatid with CT or uldrasound would be helpful for therapy management.

Akut ürtiker tablosu ve sağ hipokondriumda ağrı ile başvuran 45 yaşında bir olguda (US) ve bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT) ile karaciğer sol lobunda yerleşimli 63x65 mm boyutunda uniloküler hidatik kist saptandı. Serolojik ve allerjik testlerle tanı desteklendi. Öyküsünde ekinokokkozis ile ilgili herhangi bir yakınması olmayan akut ürtikerli olgularda, bu olguda olduğu gibi hepatobiliyer sistem ya da başka bir sistem ve organ tutulumunu gösteren semptom ve bulguların varlığı durumunda US, BT ile hidatik kist aranmasının, sağaltımın planlanması yönünden yararlı olabilir.
