ELAZIĞ İLE KENT PLANLAMASI VE İMAR UYGULAMALARI ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Elazığ ilinin tarihi, kültürel gelişimi gözetilerek kent planlarının hazırlanışı ile uygulanışında karşılaşılan problemler ve bunların neden olduğu sonuçlar üzerinde bir inceleme yapmaktır. Bunun için Elazığ iline ait haritalar ile imar planlan üzerinde kentin bugünkü durumuda göz önüne alınarak gerekli incelemeler yapıldıktan sonra sonuçlarla birlikte öneriler getirilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın bir ürünü olan haritalar ile mevcut imar planlan mukayase edilmiştir. İmar planında belirtilen fakat uygulamada gerçekleşmeyen veya imar planı kararlarına ters düşen uygulamalar haritada gösterilmiştir. The purpose of tiiis study was to investigate the problems an the preparation of Elazığ city manucipal plans and their applications under the consedaration of historical and cultural development of the city. Additionally, the resultans of these problems were investigated in detail. For this purpose, the resultant strategres and suggestions have been made after the detailed examination on the existing city maps and manucipal plans under the consideration of present sitvations. The current city plans were compared with the city maps which were obtained from a preliminary study. The problems that contrarly occoured in the applications, they are exist in the current city plans, the contrarly applicated rules which were take place in the current city plans were pointed on the city map.
