ZEHRA ÜNÜVAR'IN ÇOCUK KİTAPLARININ DEĞERLER EĞİTİMİ AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, çocuk edebiyatında önemli bir yere sahip olan Zehra ÜNÜVAR'ın çocuk kitaplarında yer alan kök değerleri tespit etmek ve incelenen kitapların değerler eğitimindeki önemini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırmada Zehra ÜNÜVAR tarafından kaleme alınan on sekiz çocuk kitabı, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan doküman analizi tekniğiyle incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde problemin ne olduğu ifade edilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmanın amacı ve öneminden bahsedilip sayıltı ve sınırlılıklar sıralanmıştır. Araştırmanın genel kavramlarıyla ilgili tanımlar yapılıp değerler eğitimiyle ilgili daha önce yapılan araştırmalar analiz edilmiştir. İkinci bölümde kuramsal çerçeve üzerinde durulup çalışmanın alt yapısını oluşturan kavramlar açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde araştırma modelinden bahsedilip çalışmanın evren ve örneklemi açıklanmıştır. Ayrıca verilerin toplanması ve değerlendirilmesi sürecinde hangi yolların izlenildiği ifade edilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde kök değerler için ayrı ayrı başlıklar açılmıştır. Bu başlıklar altında ilgili değer iletilerinin sayısı ve iletilerden örnekler aktarılmıştır. Daha sonra araştırmaya konu olan kitaplarda yer alan değerler ve bu değerlerin dağılımı şekil aracılığıyla gösterilmiştir. Son olarak beşinci bölümde ise araştırmanın sonucundan bahsedilip ve değerler eğitimiyle ilgili öneriler sıralanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda Zehra ÜNÜVAR tarafından kaleme alınan çocuk kitaplarının kök değerler açısından zengin ögeler içerdiği tespit edilmiştir. Söz konusu kitaplar, içerdiği zengin ögeler bakımından değerler eğitimi için yararlı olabileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The aim of this research is to determine the roots values of Zehra ÜNÜVAR who has an important place in children's literature and to reveal the importance of the books that are analyzed in terms of values education. In the research, eighteen children books written by Zehra ÜNÜVAR are examined by using the document analysis technique which is one of the qualitative research methods. This study consists of five chapters. In the first chapter it is stated what the problem is. In addition, the purpose and importance of the research are mentioned and the premises and limitations are listed. Definitions related to the general concepts of the research are mentioned and previous researches on values education are analyzed. In the second chapter the theoretical framework is emphasized and the concepts that form the background of the study are explained. In the third chapter the research model is mentioned and the system and sample of the study are explained. Also, it is stated which ways are followed during the data collection and evaluation process. In the fourth chapter separate titles are given for roots values. Under these titles, the number of relevant value messages and examples from the messages are conveyed. Then, the values in the books taken place in the research and the distribution of these values are shown through figures. Finally, the results of the research are mentioned and the suggestions about values education are listed in the fifth chapter. As a result of the study, it has been determined that children's books written by Zehra ÜNÜVAR contain important items in terms of roots values. It is concluded that books in question can be useful for the education of values in terms of important items that they contain.
