BELLEVALİA SARMATİCA VE BELLEVALİA GLAUCA TÜRLERİNİN TAKSONOMİK YÖNDEN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; Asparagaceae familyasına ait olan ve ülkemizin önemli cinslerinden biri olan Bellevalia Lapeyr. cinsinin iki türü, Bellevalia sarmatica ve Bellevalia glauca morfolojik, anatomik, karyolojik ve palinolojik yönden incelendi. Bitkinin kurutulmuş herbaryum örneği kullanılarak morfolojik, kök, yaprak ve scapus kısımlarından alınan kesitlerle anatomik, kök uçları kullanılarak kromozom ve çiçekli kısımlarından da polen incelemeleri yapıldı. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda, türlerin benzerlik ve faklılıları tespit edildi.

In this study; Bellevalia Lapeyr, which belongs to the Asparagaceae family and is one of the important genera of our country. Two species of the genus Bellevalia sarmatica and Bellevalia glauca morphological, anatomical, karyological and palynological aspects were examined. Using the dried herbarium sample of the plant, morphological, anatomical sections were taken from the root, leaf and scapus parts, and pollen analyzes were made from the chromosome and flowering parts using the root tips. As a result of the examinations, the similarities and differences of the species were determined.
