HANEFİLİĞİN MISIR'A GİRİŞİ VE İMAM TAHÂVÎ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Irak fıkıh anlayışını sistematik hale getiren Hanefi mezhebinin, Mısır'daki tanınma ve yayılma süreci ile bu süreçte özel bir yeri olan Tahâvî'nin usul anlayışı incelenmiştir. Çalışmamızda, fıkıh mezheplerinin teşekkül sürecini tamamlamaya başladığı bir dönemde, Mısırlıların neden Hicaz fıkhını benimseyerek Hanefi mezhebine karşı mesafeli durduklarına ve Tahâvî dönemine gelindiğinde ise bu duruşun neden Hanefi mezhebi lehine bir değişim yaşadığına cevap aranmıştır. Temelde fıkıh tarihiyle ilgili belirli bir dönemi inceleyen bu çalışmanın bölümleri arasında kronolojik bir sıra takip edilmiştir. Birinci bölümde; Hanefi mezhebinin Mısır'daki ilk temsilcileri ve diğer mezheplerle olan ilişkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde, ilk dönem Mısır Hanefiliğini kendisiyle sınırlandırdığımız Tahâvî'nin hayatı ve eserleri ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, ilk dönem Mısır Hanefileri içerisinde mezhebin en güçlü temsilcisi olan Tahâvî'nin fıkıh usulüyle ilgili görüşlerine temas edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırma neticesinde, Tahâvî'nin genel olarak usulde bağlı kaldığı Hanefi mezhebini, Mısırlılara onların aşina olduğu ilim diliyle tanıttığı görülmüştür. In this study, the process of recognition and expansion of the Hanafi sect, which made the Iraqi fiqh understanding systematic, in Egypt and the fiqh methodology understanding of Tahawi, who played a special role in this process, was examined. In our study, an answer was sought for why Egyptians remained distant from Hanefism by adopting the Hejaz fiqh in a period when fiqh sects began to complete the formation process and why a change was experienced in this situation in favour of Hanefism in the period of Tahawi. Chronological order was followed between the sections of this study, which essentially examines a specific period regarding the history of fiqh. In the first section, the first representatives of Hanefism in Egypt and their relationship with other sects were emphasized. In the second section, the life and works of Tahawi, with whom we limited the first period Egyptian Hanefism, were discussed. In the third section, the views of Tahawi, who is the most powerful representative of the sect among the first period Egyptian Hanefism followers, on the fiqh methodology were mentioned. As a result of the study conducted, it was seen that Tahawi introduced Hanefism, which he generally abided by in methodology, to the Egyptians with the scientific language they were familiar with.
