Abstract

Yüksek Lisans Tezi KOMPOZİT MALZEMELERDEKİ AŞINMANIN İNCELENMESİ Mak. Müh. M. Şahin DUMAN Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Makine Mühendisliği Anabilim Dalı 1999, Sayfa 79 Gelişmiş ülkelerin üretim teknolojisindeki kompozit malzemelerin kullanım alanları ve kullanılan Kompozit malzeme çeşidi gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Otomotiv sanayinde,Uçak endüstrisinde Uzay araçları yapımında,Deniz araçları üretiminde Kompozit malzeme kullanım oranı 1980'lerden itibaren artmaya başladı Önceleri statik yük etkisinde kalan parçaların yapımında kullanılan kompozitler,malzemenin kendi yapısında oluşturulan iyileştirilmelerden sonra hareket iletme elemanlarının yapımında da kullanılmaya başlanıldı. Kompozit malzeme kullanılacağı yere ve kendisinden istenilen mekanik niteliklere göre,seçilen reçine ile takviyelendiriciden oluşmaktadır.Malzemenin hafif olması açısından dayanımlandırıcı olarak cam elyaf kullanılan kompozitler,diğer takviyelendiricilere göre daha bir önem taşımaktadır. Makine konstrüksüyonlarında kompozit malzemelerin kullanımının artması bunların işletme şartlarındaki davranışlarının bilinmesini zorunlu kılmaktadır.Bilinmesi gereken parametrelerden aşınma konusunun deneysel olarak incelenmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır.Bu nedenle, hazırlanmış Cam Elyaf takviyeli Kompozit malzeme,Aramid ve bu malzemelerle kıyaslanmak üzere sade Polyesterin aşınma karakteristiklerini elde etmek için bir deney seti kurulmuştur. Şahin DUMAN Fırat University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Mechanical Engineering 1999, Page: 79 The ways of using composit materials in the production technolgy of developed countries and the kind of the composit materials to be used has been increasing, day by day. The rate of the usage of composit materials in making spaceships, and producing sea tool began to increase since 1980. The Composits which were first used in making pieces under the effect of static load, began to be used also in making movement transporting elements after the improve in their structure. The composit material consists of supporters and resin, choosen according to the place where it will be used, and the mechanical properties wanted from it. As the material is light, the window fibers composits used as to strenghthen have more importance than other supporters. The increase of usage of composit materials in the construction of machines makes it certainly necessary to know their behaviors in working conditions. It is very important to study the subject of wear from parameters experimentally. For this reason an experiment setIV has been constructed to have wear characteristics of the pure polyester the composit material supported by window fibers and aramid.
