TEKNOKENTLERİN YEREL EKONOMİYE KATKILARININ FIRAT TEKNOKENT ÇALIŞANLARI AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye'nin teknolojik gelişiminde teknokentlerin yerel ekonomiye katkılarının olup olmadığı Elazığ Fırat Teknokent bünyesinde incelenmekte ve firma çalışanlarının bu etkiye yönelik algı farklılıklarını ortaya koymak amacıyla oluşturulmuştur . Geçerliliği ve güvenilirliği kanıtlanmış ölçekten yararlanılarak bir anket çalışması hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan anket Fırat Teknokent bünyesinde istihdam eden firma çalışanları üzerinde uygulanmış ve 92 katılımcıdan elde edilen verilerin analizi SPSS-22.0 paket programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin analizi için; frekans dağılımı, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, güvenilirlik analizi, iki bağımsız grup arasında niceliksel sürekli verilerin karşılaştırılmasında t-testi ve ikiden fazla bağımsız grup arasında niceliksel sürekli verilerin karşılaştırılmasında Tek yönlü (One way) varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda; teknokent çalışanlarına ilişkin algı farklılıkları cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim ve unvan faktörü değişkelerine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği ancak işletmelerin hukuki yapısı, faaliyet süresi ve personel sayısı değişkenleri açısından anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir.

The contribution of technopolises to the local economy in Turkey's technological development is examined within the body of Elazig Fırat Technopolis and it is aimed to reveal the perception differences of the company employees towards this effect. A questionnaire study was prepared by using the scale whose validity and reliability were proven. The prepared questionnaire was applied to the employees of the companies employed in Fırat Teknokent and the analysis of the data obtained from 92 participants was carried out with the SPSS-22.0 package program. For data analysis; frequency distribution, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, reliability analysis, t-test to compare quantitative continuous data between two independent groups and One-way analysis of variance to compare quantitative continuous data between more than two independent groups. In the results of working; It has been determined that the perception differences of technokent employees differ significantly according to the variables of gender, age, education and title factor, but there is no significant difference in terms of the legal structure of the enterprises, the duration of activity and the number of personnel.
