HAVA KOŞULLARININ TRAFİK KAZALARINA ETKİLERİ VE TRAFİK KAZALARININ İSTATİSTİKSEL ANALİZİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; hava koşullarının trafik kazalarının oluşmasına nasıl etki ettiği ve trafik kazalarının istatistiksel analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışma beş bölüm halinde sunulmuştur. ?lk bölüm; giriş bölümü olup, trafik ve trafik kazasının tanımı yapılmıştır. ?kinci bölümde, trafik kazalarına neden olan faktörler ( insan, taşıt, yol ve çevre ) anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, hava koşullarının trafik kazalarına etkileri ve trafik kazalarına neden olan faktörler üzerindeki etkileri ile ilgili bilgi verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, trafik kazalarının istatistiksel analizi yapılmıştır. Trafik kaza, ölü ve yaralı sayılarının aylara, mevsimlere, hava koşullarına, yol yüzeyine göre dağılımları tablolar ve şekiller halinde incelenmiştir. Bunun sonucunda da, en fazla kaza ekim ayında, sonbahar mevsiminde, açık havada ve kuru yol yüzeyinde meydana geldiği ve kazalardaki ölü ve yaralı sayısı en fazla haziran ayı, yaz mevsiminde, açık havada ve kuru yol yüzeyinde olduğu görülmüştür. Son bölüm olan beşinci bölümde ise çalışma sonucunda ulaşılan sonuçlar ve öneriler verilmiştir. The effect of the weather conditions on traffic accidents and the statistical analysis of traffic accidents have been executed in this study. The study consists of five units. The first unit is the introduction unit in which the traffic and traffic accidents are defined. The factors ( persons, vehicles, roads, and the environment) which have caused the traffic accidents are explained in the second unit. Information is given about the effect of the weather conditions on traffic accidents and the factors which have caused the traffic accidents in the third unit, the statistical analysis of traffic accidents has been done in the fourth unit. The number of accidents, death and wounded people were dispersed over months, seasons, weather conditions, road surfaces, and are to be examined in tables and figures in the fourth unit. As a result of this we?ve observed that the most accidents occurred in October, in Autumn, in open weather, and on dry road surfaces. The number of fatal death and wounded in traffic accidents has reached its peak in June, in the summer, open weather, and on dry road surfaces. The fifth unit finally gives results and suggestions at the end of the study.
