SİVRİCE MERKEZ AĞZI (GİRİŞ-İNCELEME-METİNLER)

Abstract

Çalışma, Elazığ il sınırları içerisinde yer alan Sivrice ilçesine bağlı köylerden derlenen dil ürünlerinin şekil, ses ve söz varlığı açısından incelenmesinden oluşmaktadır. Sivrice köylerinin ağız özelliklerini tespit edebilmek için 14 farklı köyden yörenin ağız özelliklerini yansıtan 21 farklı kişi ile görüşülüp ses kaydı alınmıştır. Derleme aşamasında ağız derleme kurallarına titizlikle uyulmuş kaynak kişilerin ağız özelliğini en iyi şekilde taşıyan, okuma-yazma bilmeyen veya en fazla ilkokul mezunu olan, konuşma kusurları bulunmayan, 65-70 yaş arasında bulunan, 15 kadın ve 6 erkek tercih edilmiştir. Metinlerin eksiksiz ve sağlam olması için derlenen konuşmalara ait ses kayıtları dikkatle dinlenerek yazıya aktarılmış, dinleme esnasında tereddütte kalınan bazı kelime ve seslerin doğru şeklinin teyidi için ilçe ağzına hâkim kişilerin görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Konuşmalar yazıya aktarılırken Türk Dil Kurumu tarafından belirlenen ağız transkripsiyon alfabesi esas alınmıştır. Sivrice ağzı ile ilgili daha önce Muhammed Kaymaz'a ait "Sivrice Yöresi Ağızları (İnceleme-Metin-Sözlük)" adlı yüksek lisans tezi bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma ana dili Türkçe olan tek dilli konuşurların kaynak kişi olarak seçilmesiyle adı geçen diğer çalışmadan ayrılmaktadır ve bu çalışma sadece fonetik inceleme ile sınırlandırılmıştır. This study consists of the examination of language samples compiled from villages affiliated with the Sivrice district, within the borders of Elazığ province, in terms of form, sound, and vocabulary. In order to determine the dialect features of Sivrice villages, interviews were conducted with 21 different individuals reflecting the dialect features of the region from 14 different villages, and audio recordings were made. During the compilation phase, meticulous adherence to dialect compilation rules was observed, and source individuals who best represented dialect features, were non-literate or had at most elementary education, had no speech defects, were between the ages of 65-70, 15 women and 6 men were preferred. In order to ensure the completeness and integrity of the texts, audio recordings of the compiled conversations were carefully listened to and transcribed into writing, and the opinions of individuals proficient in the local dialect were consulted for the correct form of some words and sounds that were doubted during listening. During the transcription of the conversations, the dialect transcription alphabet determined by the Turkish Language Association was adopted. There is a previous master's thesis by Muhammed Kaymaz titled "Sivrice Region Dialects (Analysis-Text-Dictionary)" regarding the Sivrice dialect. This study differs from the aforementioned other study by selecting monolingual Turkish speakers as source individuals, and this study is limited only to phonetic examination. In this study, the Sivrice dialect is tried to be handled and evaluated accurately and in detail. Keywords: Sivrice, Sivrice Dialect, Compilation, Phonetic
