| dc.description.abstract | YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ YENİ KOLON DOLGU MADDELERİ KULLANILARAK HPLC İLE VİTAMİN (A, E ve C ) ve MALONDİALDEHİT (MDA) ANALİZLERİNİN YAPILMASI Bülent YILDIZ Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı 2004, Sayfa: 34 Bu çalışmada Naylon 8,4, Polietilen, Polistiren, 2-MetakriIamidopiridin (MAP), Sodyumbisokzalatbakır(II)dihidrat kompleksi, Mangal kömürü, Selüloz, A1203, CaO, Cromosorb A, Dowex HCR-W2 ve Dowex SBR maddeleri, HPLC'de kolon dolgu maddesi olarak kullanıldı. Bu maddelerle doldurulan kolonlar kullanılarak HPLC'de A, E, C vitaminleri ile MDA analizleri yapıldı. Bu amaçla standart vitaminler ve MDA çözeltileri ile çalışma grafikleri oluşturuldu. Ayrıca değişik sebze ve meyvelerdeki vitaminler tayin edilerek elde edilen sonuçlar ile ticari Cıg ve ODS-2 kolonlarından elde edilen veriler karşılaştırılarak, tüm bulgular tartışıldı. | dc.description.abstract | SUMMARY Master Thesis ANALYSIS OF VITAMIN (A, E and C ) and MALONDIALDEHYDE (MDA) WITH HPLC BY USING THE NEW COLUMN FILLING MATTERIALS Bülent YILDIZ Firat University The Institute Of Science The Main Science Branch Of Chemistry 2004, Page: 34 In this study, the reagents such as nylon 8,4, polyethylene, polystrene, 2- methacrylamidopyridine (MAP), the complex of sodiumbis (oxalato) copper (II) dihidrate, charcoal, cellulose, A1203, CaO, chromosorb A, Dowex HCR-W2 and Dowex SBR were used as column filling reagents in HPLC. The columns filled with these materials used to analyse vitamin A, E, C and MDA by HPLC.For this purpose standard vitamins and MDA solutions prepared and analysed then standard curve graphs were constituted. After that vitamins were determined in various vegetables and fruit samples by using these columns. Then these findings were compared with these results of C18 and ODS-2 columns, and discussed.
