MUSTAFA ZİHNİ'NİN İSLAM'DA HİLAFET ADLI ESERİ (TRANSKRİPSİYON VE DEĞERLENDİRME)

Abstract

19. yüzyılda Osmanlı Döneminde Adana Valiliğini yapmış olan Mustafa Zihni Paşa'nın yazmış olduğu "İslam'da Hilafet", Osmanlıca yazılmış matbu bir eserdir. Eser giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Mustafa Zihni'nin İslam'da Hilafet Adlı Eseri günümüz Türkçesine çevrilmiştir. Transkripsiyonuyla beraber tahlil ve değerlendirilmesi yapılan "İslamda Hilafet" adlı eser halifelik kurumundan ve halifeliğin geçmişten bugüne geçirmiş olduğu süreçleri detaylı bir şekilde anlatmaktadır. Eser günümüz halifelik anlayışına önemli bilgiler sunmaktadır. Transkripsiyondan önce, dönemin valilik sisteminden, halifelik kurumundan, Dört halife döneminden, Emeviler, Abbasiler, Osmanlılar dönemindeki halifelik kurumundan ve son olarak halifeliğin kaldırılmasına kadar devam eden süreçten bahsedilmiştir. Eserde Meşveretin önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Bugün bile İslam âlemi'nin kanayan yarası olan mezhep ayrılıkları ve kavgaları açısından bu eser çok önemlidir. Zira eserde aslında bugünkü mezhepsel ayrılıkların çıkış noktası olarak gösterilen dört halife döneminin enine boyuna incelenmiş olması eseri nazarımızda ve tarih bilimi açısından değerli kılmaktadır. Bu açıdan kitap sadece tarihçiler ve İslam araştırmacıları açısından değil cemiyetin tamamı üzerinde Hilafet meselesinin daha iyi anlaşılması konusunda yararlı olacağını düşünmekteyiz. İn the 19th century during the Ottoman Period, who was governor of Adana the Islamic Caliphate which was written Mustafa Zihni Pasha's is a Ottoman manuscript work. The work consist of enterence and four parts. The work of Mustafa Zihni, which is called islamic caliphate translated into modern Turkish. the work called caliphate in İslam along with the transcription analysis and evaluation, describes in detail the instution of the caliphate and process of caliphate undergone from the past till present. The work provides important information to understanding of present caliphate. Before transcription, the period from the governor system, from the institution of the caliphate, the Four Rightly Guided Caliphs, Umayyad, Abbasid and Ottoman caliphate instituon during the period and finally to the abolition of the caliphate has been mentioned in the ongoing process. From the work, it was focused on the importance of the consulttation. Even today, with bleeding wounds in the Islamic world in terms of sectarian differences and fight this work is very important. Actually, the period of four caliphs which is showed to be starting of sectarian differences in terms of our understanding and history science make it valuable. From this aspect, we think that the book is not just with the aspect of historians and researcher of Islamic but the beter understanding of caliphate over the whole of society would be helpful.
