ÇOCUK İSTİSMARI VE İHMALİNİN FAKTÖR ANALİZİ VE GÜVENİRLİK ANALİZİ

Abstract

Toplumsal bir sorun haline gelen çocuk istismarı ve ihmali çocuğun duygusal, fiziksel ve sosyal yaşamını etkiler. İstismarı ve ihmali engellemek, çocukların çevresel sınırları daha kolay aşmaları için toplum bilinci oluşturulmalıdır. Çocuklar engelleyici ya da bilişsel bazı sorunlar yaşayabilir. Ya da sosyal ve duygusal sorunları olabilir. Çocukların ev dışında en çok zaman geçirdikleri yer okullardır. Okullarda en iyi gözlemciler öğretmenlerdir. Çünkü öğretmenler çocuklarla her zaman bir iletişim içerisindedir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Faktör analizini, Güvenirlik analizini bir uygulama üzerinde adım adım göstermek ve elde edilen program çıktılarının yorumlanmasında göz önünde bulundurulması gereken hususları irdelemektir. Çalışmada kullanılan anket soruları 1999 yılında Uysal ve Erefe tarafından yapılan hemşirelerin çocuk istismarı ve ihmali konusundaki bilgi düzeylerinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanan likert tipi anket çalışmasından alınmıştır. Ancak soruların güncellenmesi ve yeni çıkartılan yasa veya yönergeler çerçevesine bağlı olarak bu çalışmada kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma T.C. Malatya Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı bulunan Fatih Lisesi, Cengiz Topel Ortaokulu ve Cengiz Topel İlköğretim Okulunda bulunan Öğretmen ve Yöneticiler (Müdür ve Müdür Yardımcıları)'in Çocuk İstismarı ve İhmalinin etkilerini Faktör Analizi ile karşılaştırılmaya ve Güvenirlik Analizi yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Analize alınan 5 değişken toplam varyansın %74'lük bölümünü açıklayan dokuz faktöre indirgenmiştir. %1 öz değere sahip ve %3 varyansa sahip bir yapıdadır. Çalışmanın soruları 4 alt başlıkta toplanmıştır. Bunlar; ihmal, cinsel istismar, istismar belirtisi ve fiziksel istismardır.

Child abuse and neglect that have become a social problem affects the emotional, phsical and social life of the child. Community awareness should be created to prevent abuse and neglect, and to help children easily transcend enviromental boundaries. Children may have preventive or cognitive problems. Schools spend the most time with children outside the home. The best observers in schools are teachers. Because teachers are always in contact with children. The main purpose of this study is to Show the step by step analysis of factor analysis and to consider the factors that should be taken into consideration in the interpretation of the program outcomes obtained. Likert type questionnaire was taken from calssmass. The questionnaire used in the study was taken from the likert type questionnaire which was aimed to determine the information levels of nurses about child abuse and neglect by uysal and erefe in 1999. However, it was used in this study depending on the updating of the questions and the newly issued laws or directives. This study t.c.malatya education connected to the ministry of the Fatih high scool, Cengiz Topel secondary school and Cengiz Topel primary school of the teachears and administrators (director and deputy) in the child abuse and neglect the effects of factor analysis with compared to studied.analysis of the 5 variable total of variance %74 section describes the nine of factors is reduced. %1 self-value and %3 variance with a structure. The questions of the study were grouped unter 4 subheadings. These; neglect, sexual abuse, sing of abuse and physical abuse.
