Dede Korkut Hikâyeleri’nde mekân algısı ve kurgusu

Abstract

İnsan ve mekân çok yakın bir ilişki içindedir. İnsan, dünyada kendisini gerçekleştirebilmek için bir mekâna ihtiyaç duyar. İhtiyaç duyulan mekân/lar kişinin kendisini kurmasının da bir ön koşuludur. İnsan yaşamın ayrılmaz bir parçası olan mekân bu yönüyle edebî metnin gerçeğe en yakın şekilde olmasını da sağlayan en önemli yapısal unsurudur. Dede Korkut’un coğrafyası olarak adlandırdığımız mekânlar hikâyelerde olayların geçtiği, kişilerin içerisinde bulunduğu yerler, savaşların ya da avların yapıldığı mekânlardır. ‘Dede Korkut Hikâyeleri’nde Oğuzların göçebe yaşam tarzı, onları belirli bir mekânda kurgulanmasına engel teşkil eder. Hikâyeler çevresel mekân açısından geniş bir coğrafyayı kapsar. ‘Dede Korkut Hikâyeleri’nde çevresel mekânlar, hikâyede adı geçen ve dramatik aksiyonun gerçekçi bir yapıya dönüşmesini sağlayan dekor mekânlardır. İsim olarak anılan ancak ontolojik anlamda anlatı kişileri ile bağ kuramayan bu mekânlar, daha çok içindeki öznel yerlerin kurulması ve anlaşılmasını sağlar. ‘Dede Korkut Hikâyeleri’nde anlatı kişilerine kimlik kazandıran algısal mekânlar, kahramanlarına mekâna yükledikleri yeni anlamlar eşliğinde sürekli değişerek gelişir. Hikâyelerdeki anlatı kişilerinin psikolojik durumuna göre anlam kazanan algısal mekânlar, anlatı kişilerin deneyim ve özel eylemlerinin yoğunluğuna bağlı olarak mekânla ontolojik ilişki kurar. ‘Dede Korkut Hikâyeleri’nde anlam üreten mekânlar bazı hikâyelerde ortak iken bazı hikâyelerde farklılık gösterir.

Human and space are in a close relationship. Human needs a space in order to actualise itself in the World. The space(s) needed is/are also a precondition of the person’s being actualized. The space which is an inseparable part of the human life is the most important structural element providing the literary text to be in a form very close to the most realistic form.The spaces we call the geography of Dede Korkut are the places where the events happen, the people are, and the wars or huntings are carried out. The nomad lifestyle of the Oghuz in ‘Dede Korkut Stories’ obstructs them to be fictionalised at a certain space. The stories include a large geography in terms of environmental space. At ‘Dede Korkut Stories’, the environmental spaces are the setting places providing the dramatical action mentioned at the story to convert into a realistic structure. These spaces mentioned with their names , but ontologically not being able to connect with the narrators mostly provide the subjective places’ being established inside them and understood. The perceptual spaces achieving the narrators identity at ‘Dede Korkut Stories’ develop permanently by changing in company with the new meanings attributed to the spaces by the heroes. The perceptual spaces having a meaning according to the psychological mood of the narrators at the stories ontologically get in contact with the space depending on the intensity of the experience and private actions of the narrators. While the spaces making sense at ‘Dede Korkut Stories’ are joint in some stories, they differ in some others.
