The turn-milling process is a relatively new process in the manufacturing technology, where both the workpiece and the tool are given a rotary motion simultaneously. This new technology opens up new ranges of applications in the manufacturing processes. This paper presents the effects of tangential turn-milling method on the surface roughness of the cutting parameters as cutter speed, workpiece speed, axial feed rate, helix angle of cutting tool and depth of cut in the machining of MS58 brass material. Taguchi design method was carried out for experimental design. The analysis of experimental results using analysis of means and analysis of variance has been discussed in detail.
