İLKOKULLARDA SERBEST KIYAFET UYGULAMASININ ÇEŞİTLİ DEĞİŞKENLER AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilkokullarda serbest kıyafet uygulamasına ilişkin okul yöneticisi ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmada, tarama modeline dayalı betimsel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Anketin hazırlanması aşamasında öncelikle ilgili literatür taranmıştır. Uzman görüş ve ön uygulama sonucunda ankete son şekli verilmiştir. Öğretmen ve okul yöneticilerine uygulanmak amacıyla 40 sorudan oluşan anket formu hazırlanmış ve araştırmada kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2013–2014 eğitim-öğretim yılında Elazığ ilinde ilkokullarda görev yapan okul yöneticisi ve sınıf öğretmenlerinden oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise Elazığ ilinde tesadüfî örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 407 sınıf öğretmeni ve 44 okul yöneticisi olmak üzere toplam 451 eğitimciden oluşturmaktadır. Uygulanan anketlerden elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesinde " SPSS 16.0" istatistiksel paket programı kullanılmıştır. Ankette yer alan görüşlerin frekans (f), yüzde (%) dağılımları hesaplanmış ve aritmetik ortalamaları değerlendirmede dikkate alınmıştır. Araştırma verilerinden elde edilen sonuçlar, okul yöneticisi ve öğretmenlerin serbest kıyafet uygulamasının psiko-sosyal etkileri ve fizyolojik etkileri açısından öğrenciyi kısmen olumlu şekilde etkileyeceği kanısında olduğunu göstermekteyken; ekonomik açıdan, öğretim başarısına etkileri açısından ve okulda güvenliğin sağlanmasına etkileri açısından, öğrenciyi olumsuz şekilde etkileyeceği kanısında olduğunu göstermektedir. Okul yöneticisi ve öğretmen görüşlerinin benzer yönde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre, kadın öğretmen ve okul yöneticilerin serbest kıyafet uygulamasını erkek öğretmen ve okul yöneticilerine göre daha olumlu karşıladıkları görülmektedir. Araştırma verilerinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre, okul yöneticisi ve öğretmenlerin meslek kıdem yıllarına göre bakıldığında genç öğretmenlerin serbest kıyafet uygulamasına mesleki kıdemi yüksek olan öğretmenlere göre daha olumlu karşıladıkları görülmektedir. The aim of this search is to determine the apinions of administrators and teachers about Free Clothing Application in Education. In this search, descriptive search method based on Scanning Model is used. Questionnaire is used as an istrument of data acquisition in this search During the preparation of the questionnaire, firstly, related literature is used. A questionnaire composing of 40 questions, is prepared by taking ideas of teachers and administrators. This questionnaire is applied to sample group consisting of students, teachers and school administrators. The research universe consists of administrators and teachers in primary schools in Elazığ during 2013-2014 academic year. The sample group of the research consists of 451 educators including 407 teachers and 44 administrators choosen with Coincidental Sampling Method in Elazığ. In the evaluation of the inputs acquired by questionnaires, "SPSS 16.0" statistical package programme is used. The frequency (N) percentage (%) distrubition and arithmetic averege of opinions included in the questionnaire are calculated. The ideas of administrators, teachers, students and school administrator about their affection from the Free Clothing Application in schools are determined by taking into consideration of frequency, percetange and standart deviation of answers given to questions in the survey in line with the inputs obtained from the research. The results obtaained from research datum, show that, The Free Clothing Application of administrators and teachers affect the students positively in terms of psycho-social and physiological effects, while they affect them negatively in terms of economy, academic success and security of school. Also the ideas of teachers and administrators are in the paralel direction. When the results obtained from research datum are analyzed according to seniority date of administrators and teachers, it is observed that young teachers meet Free Clothing Application more pisitively than senior teachers. When the results obtained from research datum according to sexuality of teachers, it is observed that ferrale teachers and administrators meet Free Clothing Application more positively.
